Stop Shrinking And Start Living
SPEAKER_00Once you see what you actually are, that you're an infinite, limitless being, you'll see that nothing exists outside of you. I'm your host, Derek Grant, and this is the Pathway to Your Results Podcast.
unknownBro.
SPEAKER_00Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to the Pathway to your Results Podcast. It is your boy DG. Um, this episode, right now, today, that we're going to talk about that you're going to listen to, it may not be what I'm recording it, but it is today, wherever you're listening to it at. Um, this is for all my people out there who keep shrinking. And the reason why we shrink is because we're scared to take up space. And see, by you shrinking, it's costing you something. And here's what it's costing you. It's costing you the life that you were actually meant to live. So here's what I want you to answer. Right? How many times have you apologized today? Let's go ahead and do that. Answer me that. How many times have you apologized today? Oh sorry I'm late. Oh, sorry to bother you. Sorry to be an inconvenience. Sorry, sorry for asking. Sorry, but this might sound stupid. Sorry. See, a lot of us, we ain't really apologizing for what we did. You're actually apologizing for existing. And here's the thing that I have found that's that's probably the saddest thing. The saddest thing is that people don't actually believe in themselves. They don't. They've learned, like we've learned and been conditioned as a survival technique to make ourselves smaller, to make other people feel comfortable. What the f what is that? What is that? I'm sorry I gotta say it like this. Did you come in all into this existence? Hold on, hold on now, hold on, because you're about to get me. Ushers, close the doors, please. Thank you. Y'all about to make me get going. You came into this existence to shrink yourself so you wouldn't make, or sorry, to make other people feel comfortable? How come a child doesn't do this?
The Baby On The Plane Lesson
SPEAKER_00I was on a plane the other day. Matter of fact, I was on uh uh coming back from um, where was I going? I don't even know where I've been. I'm gumming, I don't even know where I am half the time. Um, I was coming back from somewhere, but they had to reroute my plane, my flight. So they put me on Delta One, you know, the part where you just you sleep in the bed. And I'm like, well, this flight isn't really long enough. Actually, what? It was like five hours. I flew from New York to uh LA. So they had me in Delta One, evening flight. There's a baby in Delta One, and the baby's probably like 18 months old. Let me tell you something. This baby cried for probably 45 minutes, just screaming, and to the point where I was like listening, like, okay, what's he really mad about? What's going on? Is he just tired? Is he hungry? But my point of this is this child was not sitting here saying, Oh, I'm so sorry. I'm sorry I'm being loud. I'm sorry, everybody. I'm sorry. See, the children will laugh loudly, a child will laugh loudly or to cry loudly. But my point of this is a child is not afraid to take up space. A child's not afraid for it to be what it is. But here's what ends up happening as a child, just like this baby, and I started to realize that the parents were worried more about what everybody was going to think when the baby was crying on the plane than the fact that the baby was obviously disturbed. So now, guess what ends up happening? We start saying, shh, shh, be quiet, be quiet, stop, stop, shh, shh, be quiet. You ain't really worried about the baby crying, you're worried about what people think. And guess what? That child's gonna start to learn how to be quiet. It's gonna start learning how to start to limit itself and not take up too much room, not be too loud, not take up too much space. Or maybe you cried about something, something bothered you when you were younger, and you were told, stop being so sensitive. Hmm. Stop being so soft. Or maybe you were proud of yourself and you celebrated when you did something really well, and you were told, stop showing off. You're always showing off. Stop being so much, stop being too loud. Look at him, he's always the loudest one when we walk in a room. Stop, stop making all that noise. And then little by little, here's what ends up happening. Goodness gracious. We start to learn that acceptance will come through becoming smaller, and then we shrink, and we shrink, and we shrink. And here's the deal, you ready? You don't you don't lose yourself overnight? That isn't how it happens. You don't abandon yourself overnight, you abandon yourself one compromise at a time. So this is what we call self-abandonment. Self-abandonment is when you take yourself and you shrink to make somebody else's comfortable, to make somebody else comfortable. So when I say uh uh you didn't come here to shrink because uh we're afraid to take up space. Let's understand what it means to take up space. Okay, it ain't got nothing to do with being loud, it has nothing to do with arrogance, it has nothing to do with the ego. What it means to take up space means to speak your truth, to own your gifts, to set your boundaries, to allow yourself to be seen, to fully express yourself, and you have to say it like that. You have to say yourself. If you say yourself, it ain't really you have to say yourself, okay? It means no longer asking for permission to be yourself. So here's what ends up happening while
Why Sorry Is A Survival Move
SPEAKER_00we apologize. You ready? Here's the reason why you apologize. I'm gonna tell you right now, I'm gonna call you out. I apologize in advance. Matter of fact, I'm not gonna apologize because I'm over here doing the same thing I'm telling you not to do, okay? So I ain't gonna apologize. But here's why we apologize, okay? Every apology always has a root. Every apology always has a root. So you over here and apologize. Oh, I'm sorry, I'm so sorry. You know what you're really saying? I don't want to inconvenience people. You know what you're really saying? I don't want nobody to be mad at me. I don't want to disappoint anyone, I don't want to be rejected. So now you start to see that your sorry isn't really about you saying sorry. You're sorry is more about you surviving. You learn that shrinking equals survival. So that's why I'm not really big on apologies. You can say sorry all you want, but I'm listening to what you actually say. Your sorry wasn't about you uh communicating, you falling short. It was more about you protecting yourself right now. And I don't want to see you protect yourself, so don't you apologize to me. I don't want to see you shrink anymore, so don't you apologize. And here's what ends up happening, ready? There's a trap that takes place. We start seeking approval because we outsource approval. And because we outsource approval, now we start to depend on approval and we start to become an expert at making ourselves smaller because every time that you made yourself smaller, you got someone's approval. So now here's what ends up happening: you soften your opinions, you'll take your opinion and dwindle it, and now you just sit here and you don't have anything to say, right? Or here's what you'll do you'll hide your gifts, or you'll avoid the conflicts. My dog right now is getting riled up right now because he's saying, Daddy, I hear you. I hear you. Or here's what ends up happening for all my entrepreneurs out there. You won't charge your worth. You won't ask for what you actually know you need. How many times you do this? You're scared to ask for help. I'm the one. You ready? You ready? I'm look, I'm recovering. I am rehabilitating myself. I'm the one who will go to Lowe's, who will go to a grocery store. I will go in there and walk around for 30 minutes to get one thing. And all I had to do was just ask somebody where it was, but I'm too afraid to inconvenience somebody. How many times do we do that? I know women, you sometimes y'all don't have a problem with that. Carly walk in the store, she's gonna ask somebody right away. She don't have no problem. Me, men, uh we're gonna walk around and then I hear's what I do, I'll justify it. Well, I want to find it so that way I can say I did it on my own. No, it ain't. You just scared up uh uh uh to inconvenience somebody because if you inconvenience somebody, that means you may be taking up some space and you may be a burden. So we won't ask for what we need, and it's not because we can't, it's because we're actually afraid of losing love. That's what we're really afraid of. So here's my question to you. Good God Almighty, if this don't touch you in a place I'm so. Who in the world taught you that fully being yourself was dangerous? Where did that first start? Answer that question, and don't you listen to the rest of this podcast until you do so? Where'd you learn this? Who taught you this? When did this happen? Oh, I was really proud of myself and I did a good job and I celebrated. And mom told me to stop showing off. Or I was proud of myself, and look what I did, and dad said, Stop being so cocky. Now I understand that everything's gonna come with a cost. There's a cost to you playing small. There's a cost to you shrinking. But you thought you were you thought it was free? Uh-uh. No, no, no, no, no. Ain't nothing this universe free. There's always gonna be an energetic transaction. So every time that you play small, it don't just hurts you. It hurts everybody that's connected to you. Y'all ain't trying to hear nothing I'm saying. I should get off. I should probably get I know I always threaten it, but I never do it. I need to just do it. I need to walk in integrity. I need to get off this. I keep saying I'm gonna get off. I'm gonna get off one of these times. You're gonna see. You ain't just hurting you, it's hurting everybody around you. Think about the business that you never built. Think about all the souls that needed it from you. They needed it from you. Think about the conversation that you never had that maybe would have changed the trajectory of somebody's life. Think about the boundary that you never set. Think about that message that you never share with the world. See, your fear creates a ripple effect. But here's the beauty of it. So does your courage. Your courage would create a ripple effect. You taking up space, and here's what I realized about myself. You all have probably seen the evolution through the podcast. Oh, really? That's what happened each year. I've just given myself just a little bit more permission to take a little bit more room. That's it. I take instead of imagine this. You walk into a room. Instead of you walking in a room and staying by the closest corner, you just sit there. I say, you know what? No, we're gonna start to take up this whole room. I might lay down in this thing. I might go to the middle and spread
Confidence Without Proving Anything
SPEAKER_00out as far as I can. I'm gonna take up as much room as I can. And see, here's what ends up happening. This is all a byproduct of what we call confidence. Confidence. See, confidence comes when you stop outsourcing the core of yourself.
unknownRight?
SPEAKER_00What is the core of yourself, right? Your esteem, that's your personal value, your acceptance, your approval, your validation, your love. When you stop outsourcing those things, now you become confident. And here's what confidence says Confidence doesn't announce itself. Confidence says I belong here. I don't need to prove it. I don't need to perform. I don't need to pretend. I don't need to justify. All I have to do is be. That's it. Presence and true confidence. True confidence. Good God Almighty. True confidence doesn't ask for permission. True confidence says, I'm here to take up space, just like you are. And I hope you do take up space because you came with your own parameter that you were supposed to establish to go take up space. So I see this when I look back at you know life and business growth. It's probably pretty obvious with business, right? A lot of times we'll over we're undercharge and then we're over over-deliver. We'll add extra calls, we'll answer messages at midnight. Hello. Huh? We'll discount services. Why are we doing that? Why? It's not because you're not valuable, ain't it? It's because you don't believe yet that you're allowed to take up that much space. So they apologize. We apologize with our pricing. We apologize with our actions. Instead of you putting up boundaries, you'll continue to let somebody just keep. It'd be 2 o'clock in the morning. You waking up, you sleeping with one eye open, seeing you can help that person. You obviously got one eye open looking. Wait, wait, is that them? Oh, yep, here I am. What do you need? Right? Or maybe in your relationship. I see this a lot. We apologize to our partner or spouse for our needs that we have, for expressing our emotions, for asking for reassurance or uh for saying no, we apologize. A healthy, healed person doesn't apologize for boundaries. So let this be a sign. Not nothing bad. But if I apologize in my relationship for existing, that just means that I got some healing to do. I got some parts of me, some versions of me that really I need to tend to because they still believe that by them taking up space and expressing their boundaries or saying what they need, that that's a quote unquote bad thing. So the reason why this all happens is because love had conditions, approval had conditions, safety had conditions. So we adapted. You became the pleaser, the achiever, the peacemaker, the shrinker, the invisible one. And it wasn't naturally your personality, it was survival. So this is why I tell you every time you heal, you expand. This is why a lot of times people are afraid of that healing journey. I tell people all the time about ayahuasca, tell them all the time, people be scurred. They scurred, they don't want to have nothing to do with it. You know why? Because if I really sit down and drink this concoction, this plant medicine, it'll I'm gonna have to expand because healing's gonna take place. And if I expand, that means I'm taking up more room. And I don't know what that's like. That's uncomfortable and uncertain. You weren't born taking up too much space. You were taught, you were taught to believe that you took up too much space. But that's not the actual truth. So here's the reason why I'm saying this. I want you to ask yourself this question. That's why I started to ask myself this question. Where am I making myself smaller? Where am I still asking for permission? Where am I apologizing just for simply existing? Now here's the kicker, right? You ask yourself this question: what would I do if I believed I belonged? Or what version of me is waiting behind approval?
The Jay Shetty House Wake Up
SPEAKER_00When I first started growing and building DG mindset, I wrote down who I wanted to be, who I thought I wanted to be, in terms of the energy that it was representing in the business. So I put like made like a like a montage of characters, right? And I and I put picked attributes of them. So in the basketball world, here's what ends up what we what we do. You may be six foot three, but you may take your ball healing ability, you may borrow things from Kyrie Irving. Uh your finishing at the basket, you may be borrowed from Michael Jordan. Um your defensive prowess, you may uh take from Davion Mitchell. We take different parts of people's games, and we then concoct this version of who we are. So I did this with my business. So I said I wanted to have the reach and the impact of Tony Robbins. And I wanted to have the spiritual understanding and wisdom of Eckhart Tole. And I wanted to have the uh what's the word, the the this mentality of Kobe Bryant. And then I wrote, and then the last one was I wanted to have the um presence, the online presence at the time of Jay Shetty.
unknownOkay.
SPEAKER_00So these people were obviously people at the time back in 2020. These are the people who I put on a pedestal. These are the people who I unconsciously thought that they were something more than what I was ever capable of achieving. So I put that, okay, that's who I want to be like, instead of saying, like, here's who I am. So here's my point, right? So I get an email from somebody. Actually, it was a DM. Then it was an email. I didn't know, I'm gonna be honest, I didn't know who the person was. I had no idea who they were. Um, but she looked familiar. I looked, I'm like, she looked familiar. So I'm looking at her, I'm like, I think this is who it, I think, but I'm not sure. So I typed her name in on Google. I'm like, oh wow. And I got an email saying she wanted me to be on our podcast. And um she it ended up being um Jay Shetty's wife, right? She has a podcast called Uh A Really Good Cry. So she asked me to uh to be on her podcast. Well, I had gone to um LA to see a client, so it was like, all right, perfect. I'll be out there and I'll be able to be on your podcast. Well, um her podcast was at her house, and I go to her house, and you know, Jay wasn't there. She said Jay had flown out earlier that morning. Um But it was so funny for me, and here's why I'm telling you this story. And here's the reason why I even went. I can see now, right? The universe always does things to show you, to reaffirm you or confirm, uh, but also to help you level up. I remember when I first started out, the first thing I did was I went to Jay Shetty's website and I studied all his stuff. I literally, like literally, my very first website was exactly like Jay Shetty's. I'm telling you this because we all at some point will need somebody who we strive towards. And I was like, oh man, I gotta be on his podcast. I gotta be on his podcast. I want to be on his podcast on purpose, right, with Jay Shetty. I'm like, I want to be on his podcast. Well, I thought by being on his podcast that would validate me. That's why I really wanted to be on the podcast. Now at this point in my life, I really don't, I don't have a desire, I don't really need to, I don't care. I don't like, I've pretty much uh stopped outsourcing uh my validation, my approval acceptance, right? At least in that department. But when I was sitting there and I'm having this conversation with his wife, I almost had an out-of-body experience. The version of me from six years ago, who was starting this journey and growing, was sitting here looking at me, saying, Wow, you're sitting in his house with his wife on her podcast. And the version of me today was like, Hey, I just wanted to let you know that you were always worthy of sitting at the table. You were always worthy of the biggest thing that you thought was so big that was going to make you bigger. No, no, no. You were bigger than the thing. So the reason why I'm telling you this, the reason why I'm telling you this is because the key was for you to stop outsourcing your worth, to stop outsourcing your esteem, to stop outsourcing your love, to stop outsourcing your acceptance, to stop outsourcing your validation, to stop outsourcing your approval, and to start to generate it from within. And now it's called self-esteem, self-love, self-acceptance, self-validation, self-approval, self-D you see how this works. So the reason why I told you this story was because the universe had me go here to his house so he would not be there and be on this podcast and do all this. I left the driveway, got in the car, and left as if I was just leaving a friend's house. It was no big deal. Because I needed to see for myself that the work has worked. The work has paid off. See, every once in a while the universe will show you and throw you a bone to show you your growth. I like to call them GRMs, growth recognition moments when life will give you an opportunity to see how much you've grown, that thing that you wanted so badly that you thought was such a big deal. Here, let you see it now and experience it so you can see. You're bigger than the thing that you thought you wanted and that you thought was going to make you. You have made yourself. Good God Almighty. I don't think you hear anything that I'm saying. This is for anybody out there. Stop asking the world if you're allowed to take up space. You already know what it is. You already know that you are here to only take up space. You were never supposed to fit in with anybody else's expectations. You were supposed to go further and exceed what it was that you had desired years ago. And here's the deal, here's the kicker. You were meant to fully express who you are. Not louder, not bigger, just alignment and authenticity. The world does not need another soul that's hiding itself. We got enough of that. We don't need no more hiding out of you. The world needs light bearers. And these are the ones who carry the torch and say, Here I am, mother. This is what you're gonna get. This is the healing that I have made the choice to make in this lifetime. And if y'all got a problem with it, I apologize in advance because you didn't do the work. I drank a lot of cups. I drank a lot of cups. I've done a lot of purging. I've sat on that toilet quite a bit. I've cried a lot of tears. So don't you think from here on out that I'm gonna keep hiding? Goodness gracious, I done put too much in for me to not do it. Do you see how this works? Do you see how this works? You done done too much work on yourself for you to keep hiding. You listen to this daggone podcast too many hours. Go back and look at how many hours you have listened to me rant and talk about you not trying to hear nothing that I'm saying. You have, you have spent too much time listening to this podcast for you to keep shrinking. And I know it's gonna be scurry. I know it's scurry. I know it is. I'm not gonna sit here and tell you that it's not. But sometimes you're just gonna have to go into that space and tell yourself, I came here and I didn't come here this far just to come this far. It is time for me to stop hiding because this world needs more people who remember who they are. Y'all about to make me get going here. I haven't even really started to get going. If you look at this world, this world, this world is severely lacking. People who know who they are. This world is lacking it. Look at these wars that's going on. Look at the war, look at these people, people don't, people don't understand. Like, look at look at the state of the world right now. And I know the world's been f ⁇ ed up for a while. I know that. I get it. The world's always gonna have something. The world's always gonna, but look at this world, look at your community, look at your family. They don't need someone who's gonna hide anymore. They need somebody who's gonna step and remember who they are. So stop apologizing. If your light is making insecure people squint, stop it. That don't have nothing to do with you. Somebody said something to me the other
Let Your Light Shine Anyway
SPEAKER_00day. I was playing in the men's league. Now, I'm 43 years old. I'd be 44 here in December. My whoop band says that I'm 32. Now, some days I feel like my body feels like it's 58. Most days, though, I feel like I'm 32. Well, while I get in a men's league, it's 40 and over. I guess you can say it's safe to say I might be a cheat code. I might be a little bit, because I know nobody in that league is gonna be able to stay in front of me because I'm really my whoop band says I'm 32, so I can move around just a little bit quicker, a little bit more athletic. So here's my point. Somebody was telling me the other day, like, like basically they were alluding to like, oh, we were playing a bad team. We were playing the worst team in the league. Okay? I haven't, I've been out of town, I've been gone for like the last five weeks. We play every Saturday. I haven't been there. So I come to the game to play, and everybody's like, oh, DG's here, DG's here. And they're like, and multiple people said this. They go, You're playing, you came back to play against the worst team in the league. Now, there's a guy on the team who's like 76. He shouldn't even, I don't know why he's in the 40 and over league, but that's a whole nother, that's a whole nother podcast, right? But I salute him, I salute him, and he talks the most trash. He talks more trash to me. Like, and I'm like, Pops, why are you talking to me like this? Like, what are you like? He was talking crazy to me in the game. But anyway, somebody said to me, Oh, well, you came back and you played against the worst team. I looked at him and I said, What's that got to do with me? What's that got to do with me? So now I'm gonna pull back and I'm gonna chill because I was afforded with the opportunity to be born 20, 30 years later? No, my job is to let my light shine. You best believe I was shooting that motherfucker. I got done at the game, end of the game. And I I the guy Charles who runs the book, he goes, Well, you're right on par. I said, What'd I end up with? He said, You had 51. I said, Okay, good. I don't want nobody to say nothing. Because everybody's gonna say, Oh, well, you did it against the worst team. No. You know how much harder it is to do it against the worst team? See, a lot of times what ends up happening is we shrink so we can fit in a room and be accepted. No, no, no, I'm not gonna dwindle myself and shrink myself down because they're older and slower. I ain't doing that. Why am I gonna do that? And that's not my problem. Do you see how this works? It ain't your problem because somebody else squints and they feel uncomfortable because you came here to live a life's path that maybe they haven't done the work on themselves to be able to get to this level of self-confidence, this self-belief. That ain't your problem. Shrinking yourself has never, ever, ever made you more lovable. You know what it has made you be? Shrinking yourself has made you easier to take advantage of. Shrinking yourself has made you easier to put in a box. Shrinking yourself is only going to keep your behind stuck. So the reason why I'm saying this, don't you come up in here and apologizing for you taking up space. Don't you apologize for your talents and your gifts. Let that shine. Because I'm telling you, eventually, just like this game, the game was over. And I look back all the shots that I sh I should have shot. I look back at the shots that I missed. Dang, if I could go back, I'd probably have had 81. The same's gonna be with your life at some point. So sometimes I have to have this disclaimer, this warning on this journey. As you continue to become more rooted in yourself, sometimes your authenticity will repel people. But sometimes your authenticity will also deeply heal people as well. This is why I say the world needs you to be who you are. And I'm telling you, you don't need permission from me. You don't need permission from your mama, you don't need permission from your papy, you don't need permission from anybody else for you to be who you are. You need permission from yourself. And here's the deal. You gotta realize that some people, some people were only meant for the smaller version of you. I don't think you hear what I'm saying. I'm gonna go ahead and say that again. Some people were only meant for the smaller version of you. They weren't meant to be with you when you expand. They weren't meant to be with you uh when you had when you hit this new level. I can go back and look at my life. There's people I'm like, dang, I literally I talked to them on one day and then I never talked to them ever again. It's like they just disappeared. I mean, we'll see each other on social media. You'll like this and you'll look, but we don't like. I don't know the reason why. I have no idea, but here's the deal. It's okay. It's okay if you're rejected if you put up boundaries. It's okay if you continue to evolve and these people just fall out of your life. Boundaries actually aren't rejection, they're actually self-respect. So for everybody here who's listening to this, here's my here's my challenge, here's my ask. This world has enough performers if we have not already seen. It needs people who are true to themselves. That's what the world is waiting for. It needs people who carry this presence. And the presence is not performative. The presence is when they just walk in a room, they you can tell, you know, when you get around somebody, what a kids call, they got that aura, that swag, that drip, that uh uh that that uh they got that uh like, oh my goodness, she glowing. What is it about her? Something about her energy. What do you say? She's a goddess. She got, dang, what is it about him? When he walks in a room, everybody says, There he is, there he is. That's him, that's him. Oh my goodness, that's him. And he don't say nothing, he don't do nothing other than just be himself. Because who you are is really the true power. So stop giving it away. Stop giving it away by apologizing for having it. Every time that you apologize for your for for you being who you are, you're giving it away. So I have to leave you with this. Please, please, please know this. The goal was never to be bigger than anybody else. That's not the goal, people. And I hope this podcast, I hope anything I've ever done, I hope I've never portrayed it from the place of the ego that you were like trying to be bigger than somebody. I wasn't trying to be bigger than Jay Shetty. That's not that's not what I'm telling you. The goal was to stop being smaller than what you actually are. Stop it. Now go. Go be everything that you know that you are. Go be everything that you know that you are capable of. You will scrape your knees, you will stub your toes, you will fall short. I promise you. And if I'm being truthful, I hope that you do. I hope that you fall short. Because I hope by you listening to this podcast, you can go to last week's episode, you will learn how to take this growth mindset and use this information to grow.
SPEAKER_01So that's the work. That's the healing. That's where the application takes place. So go let your light shine.
SPEAKER_00Go take up space. Stop apologizing.
Give Yourself Ninety Days
SPEAKER_00Be everything that you know you are, and give yourself just a season, 90 days. 90 days. I wrote, I wrote a letter to myself at my retreat in April. I wrote a letter to myself, and I wrote down five things that would happen. And I wrote this letter as the version of me in July. I wrote this as the version of me in July. And the beginning of it says, I trust, hi friend, I trust that you've been well. Life has been exactly how we talked about when you were here in Arizona in April. Congrats on Blank, congrats on this, congrats on that. It's telling me, thank you. I mean, telling me congratulations. It then asked me, How was Hawaii? It looked amazing. I bet Carly and the kids loved it. Oh yeah. Congrats on accomplishing this as well. Also, congrats on this. Well, I know that you'll be coming back soon. I actually go there again next week for our 15th anniversary. I know that you'll be coming back soon, and I cannot wait to see how much you've grown. Congratulations on this new version of you, and I just want to thank you for being the inspiration that you've been for me. You know, I look at this, I wrote this letter back in April and I got it in July. I wrote down five things. I congratulated myself on five things. Four of those things have taken place. Four of those things have happened. And I honestly, when I wrote them, I was like, dang, how's this gonna happen? No, I can tell you exactly now how it happened. I can tell you exactly how it happened. But here's my point. That one thing that didn't happen, I'm not gonna sit here and dwell on that. That one thing didn't happen because it hasn't happened yet. Oh, you best believe it's gonna happen. You better believe it. So the reason why I'm telling you this right now, for anybody on this journey, really what this was about, those things, I realized in order for me to accomplish these things, in order for these things to be brought into the physical world, I was gonna have to give myself permission to step outside of my comfort zone and to become somebody that I had not been over the next 90 days. And part of that meant no more shrinking in certain parts of life. So go. Maybe you don't know how to stop shrinking.
