The Pathway To Your Results
Stop Performing Your Healing
Use Left/Right to seek, Home/End to jump to start or end. Hold shift to jump forward or backward.
We call out the moment self-development turns into a performance and why “doing the work” can keep you stuck. We push for embodiment, nervous system change, and real integrity so your growth shows up in how you live, not what you post.
• performative healing and the trap of “doing the most”
• why trying to measure healing creates more suffering
• embodiment over information and the nervous system as the real driver
• why confidence and peace must be lived before they “show up”
• being it when nobody is watching and refusing social media optics
• the in between identity phase and why feeling lost is normal
• stopping the endless hunt to find yourself and letting identity be revealed
• simplicity as the scaleable path and dropping the excuse of “I’m trying”

Welcome And The Core Problem
SPEAKER_01Once you see what you actually are, that you're an infinite, limitless being, you'll see that nothing exists outside of you. I'm your host, Derek Grant, and this is the Pathway to Your Results Podcast.
unknownBro.
SPEAKER_02Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to the Pathway to Results Podcast. It is your boy DG. We are here. Um this episode right here is this is for all those people out there who've been quote unquote doing the work. And they've been doing the work, and you feel like the work isn't working. Have you ever had that happen where you feel like I'm doing the work, but it ain't working? I can't tell you how many times I get messages of people like, oh, I'm doing it and it's not working. Here's what I've realized. Uh there's a trap. There's a trap with healing. There's a trap with growth. And what I mean by that is your healing journey, your self-development journey, your ascension journey, your enlightenment journey, your expansion journey, whatever you want to call it, it ends up becoming performative. It ends up becoming a performance. So now you think that you're not achieving or it's not happening, and it's not like there's some type of metric that we can measure to say, oh wow, she's grown 4.5 points in healing this month. There's nothing to measure. So now, guess what? You end up actually doing too much. We used to call it DTM when I was in college. You know, somebody you see someone in college and they're doing something, and you'd be like, oh my goodness, they doing the most right now. They doing the most. They just, you be now. I tell it, sometimes I tell my son or my daughter, I'd be like, please, let's not be extra. You're being extra right now. You know when they get a little attitude when they're tired or something. You be an extra, you're doing the most.
The Trap Of Performative Healing
SPEAKER_02We end up doing this with our healing journey. So this is a stage that nobody talks about. Yeah, you've been doing it that you've been going to therapy. Yep, you got you a coach. Yep, you've been doing the healing. Hey, you've read every book there is to read. You got more books than you can shake a stick at, as my dad would say. You listened to all the podcasts, you've gone through and you've downloaded it, you've written, you had it all, every, you got it all, you've done retreats. But yet there's still a part of you that still feels lost. There's a part of you that still wonders, is it, quote unquote, is it working? You know why? It's because you think that you will accomplish something, or this freedom that you're seeking, this peace that you're seeking is going to come from you, quote unquote, doing. Let me tell you something. Y'all about to make me go ahead and get started. It isn't about what you do, it's about what you are. Do you hear what I'm saying? You can read all the daggone books you want. You can go on all the retreats. Matter of fact, you can sit and listen to every uh podcast and have all the spiritual gurus, but it don't matter if you can't be it. I'm gonna keep it, I'm I'm gonna be real. You ready? I'm gonna be real. I haven't I don't know if I've said it this way. This is why I shut down the DG mindset community. Y'all ain't trying to hear nothing I'm saying. And that's okay if you're not trying to hear what I'm saying. This was the reason why I shut it down and said, I got to start it over. Because I realized that the overall energy was more about doing than it was being. We'd hop on these calls and we'd talk about the same daggone thing, the same thing that we've been talking about for the last eight months. We still, you still trying to heal through that? You still working on that same thing? And I realized, oh my goodness. It became more about what it looked like instead of what it was. And the reason why I'm telling you this, because this goes for all of life. All of life. What it looks like. Who cares what you read? Who cares what podcast you listened to? Who cares what retreat you went on? Who cares what posts you put on? Are you living it? Are you being it? And here's the deal, you ready? An apple ain't gotta tell other fruits that it's an apple. How do they do what do they do? They clock it, huh? Go ahead and clock, clock it, clock it? You hear what I'm saying? An apple ain't gotta tell the other fruits that it's an apple. A lion doesn't walk around the Serengettis strutting around saying, Look at me, I'm a lion. I am the best. No, a lion is just a lion, is a lion. Do you see how this works? So this is why the the the concept and self-development of embodiment, embodiment matters more. I had somebody send me a message that they said, I feel like all the mental work I've been doing isn't working. What do you mean it ain't working? What are you talking about? You see, now it's become performative. And I started to listen to more of the message that they were saying. They said, I feel like there's something wrong with me. Oh, so you still living in the energy of guilt. You still in that survival program, but you see, now the ego has contorted and twisted it, and now you've made it about your healing journey. And your healing journey, the mental, now the performance has become a performance. Do you see how this works? So now you try to win at healing. Good God Almighty. Y'all ain't trying to hear nothing I'm saying right now. You trying to win at healing. How the f we gonna win? How you gonna win? How you gonna you're using metrics to measure something that can't be measured, it can't be quantified. Your own subjective experience can't be quantified. But now, now here you are. You trying to perform your way into peace. You trying to podcast your way into peace. You trying to read your way into rehabilitation. It ain't gonna work. It ain't gonna work. You know why? Because your nervous system is still,
Why Metrics Break Your Growth
SPEAKER_02still running off the old thing. And see, that's what people don't realize. I've been telling you, until you do the work at the level of the nervous system, you ain't gonna change nothing. Because the nervous system is what you embody. The nervous system is what you embody. So imagine this. Let's just say you're about to do something, you're about to go speak in front of a thousand people, or you're about to play in a big game and you feel nervous. You can go read every book that you want, you can intellectualize everything, but it ain't gonna matter if your physical body feels nervous. Do you see how this works? So, why am I saying this? Why am I doing this? Healing isn't something that you achieve. It isn't something that you achieve, it's not something that you do, it's something that you are. You are healing, you are embodiment. This is why Jesus in the Bible, and when God spoke at the burning bush, they always said, I am. Because they were like, we are the embodiment of it. We ain't talking about what we're gonna do, we ain't talking about what we were, we talking about what we are. And here's the deal I ain't gotta sh talk about what I am if I am. You ain't gotta talk about it, just be it. So, this is the goal of your healing journey. The goal of your healing journey wasn't to produce results, the goal of the res of the healing journey was for you to be the healed version. And as a byproduct of it, you get the results of it. Y'all ain't trying to hear nothing. So now here's what ends up happening. Okay. This is this is I'm watching this happen. So look, I'll tell you this right now. I had an AAU team, AAU, my son's basketball team that I'm assistant coach for. They came over to our house for two days. I want to do I've realized these boys, they only show up to tournaments and play. And I'm like, some of these kids, I don't even know them. And see, I feel like my specialty, my gift is I create containers and bring people from all walks of life and put them in together. This is why I developed DG Mindset Academy. That's a whole nother thing. But this is kind of my specialty, and I didn't realize this is my gift. So I brought all these boys into my house. Now, let me tell you something. I wasn't, I'm gonna be honest with you. I was, I was a little nervous. You got 13-year-old boys coming into a house. I was 13, I was the best at tearing up somebody else's house. You hear what I'm saying? I can tear up somebody else's house. I will be, you know, you get out the house, it's like finally I can just act wild. I told these boys the first I said, I have some rules. Number one. I told these boys, number one, don't you come in here and start tearing things up. Respect the house. That's number one. Number two, there's 14 people in this house right now, including myself and my wife, my daughter, and the uh head coach Tyler. I said, listen, y'all got three minutes in the shower. That's it. Three minutes. And let me tell you what's gonna happen. If them three minutes when the clock goes off and I knock on that door, and you don't get in that sh that water hasn't stopped running, I got a key right here. I'm gonna lock that door, and we all gonna be sitting there looking at you. Now what? Let me tell you something. These kids was out of those showers in
Nervous System Over Mindset Talk
SPEAKER_02two minutes. They was kids was, they was. But my point of this is I had to, I had to have some order, I had to have some structure. But here's here's here's what I realized, okay? I had a long talk with the boys. I had them running hills. I mean, they were doing workouts, like they were, I mean, it was harsh. One kid said, this is the hardest thing I ever done in my life. I said, Well, you ain't been alive but 13 years, 13 years. That's all you ain't really done none of that salt. But it was difficult stuff, and I purposely did this because I told them. You live in an age right now where you can go and edit and make things look like a certain way.
SPEAKER_00Hmm?
SPEAKER_02Y'all ain't trying to hear nothing I'm saying. If I trigger you, I apologize in advance, but I just somebody had to hold you accountable. You can go ahead and highlight a page in a book and post it on your story. You memorize every scripture, you can memorize every verse, you can memorize every quote from your spiritual teachers, but mother, if you ain't living it, it don't matter. It don't matter. So I told these boys, I told them I had to say it this way so they got in their subconscious. I said, F what it looked like. It don't matter what it looked like. You know what matters more in life? What you are. What you are. So don't go saying posting pictures and stories, say, oh, I'm doing the work. Just be the work. Be the work. You hear what I'm saying? Don't do the work, be it. So here you are at the track, you're running at the hill, you over here about to throw up, you're doing these workouts, and not one person in the world saw you do anything this weekend. Not one person saw you do it. But what we used to do is we'd take selfies and look at me and putting in that work, no days off, 24-7, etc. I said, it don't matter. Why don't you just be it? And then here's the deal. You ready? You ready? You ready? When you actually are embodying that thing, this universe says, Finally, finally, we can go ahead and give it to them. Because they be in it. We were waiting. We were waiting for them to walk into this new skin and live this new life and be this new version and not talk about it, not do, but actually be it. And now you can have it because we can only give you what you are. We can only show you what you are. You see what ends up happening. So now I told these boys, I said, look, for Huron, because we got the national championships coming up. It's 65 teams, 65, seven great teams across this country. And we qualified, and we're going down to Georgia here in July. And we're gonna go down there, and then the tournament's called Peach Jam. And I told them, I said, listen, don't talk about being national champions. Don't talk about it. Be it. Be it. Do you hear what I'm saying? Do you hear what I'm saying? Don't wait. Don't wait for the one who abused you or created trauma to apologize for you to be the heeled version. Do you hear what I'm saying? Y'all about to get me jazzed up. I'm about to get going. You just keep playing with me. I'm about to get going. So stop waiting to get the trophy for you to be the national champ. So stop waiting for the I'm sorry from someone else for you to forgive them. You be the forgiveness. Be it. Be the one who's healed. Be the one who's forgiven. Do you see how this works? Think about it like this: the caterpillar couldn't become the butterfly if it didn't already start to embody the butterfly. Why do you why do you think it got up on a branch? Why do you think it crossed the road? Why do you think it was already partially embodying this future version of it? So here's what ends up happening. I see, we talked about the living old space. When you start to be it, you're gonna start to oscillate back and forth between the old version you used to be and the new version who you be in. And that's when it gets, as we would say, it gets scurry. That's when it gets scurry. Now we we we're afraid because we don't know who I am now. See, the old identity is no longer working, the new identity I haven't fully embodied. So now I guess what you end up saying to yourself, I don't know who I am anymore. I feel lost. Of course you don't know who you are. That's because the version of you who you've been trying to be is leaving. And the version of who you become hasn't fully arrived. So you sitting in, you sitting in the jet way right now. You know when you go get it going on get on the plane, you're not, you're not at the old place where you were where you, you're not at the old destination, but you're not at the new one yet. Or we go even a little further, you're still up in the air. So my point for you right now, you gotta become aware from moment to moment what you are being. Who am I being
Coaching Boys To Be It
SPEAKER_02right now? And then just focus on that. Just focus on that. I'm constantly trying to get rid of these patterns. I'm trying to get rid of these survival programs that have been etched into my nervous system. I tell you, I'm telling you, when I gotta leave, when I gotta leave, I hope there's a thousand people. I hope a thousand people come to the funeral. My body ain't gonna be there because they told my wife, don't you don't you waste no resources on me. We can go ahead and burn that up. I'm gonna be a my energy gonna live on anyway. You don't need to go ahead and I don't need to take up no space in the ground. Let somebody else take that space up if they want. But I hope, I hope they say, man, he did all he could to just be it. I go on this podcast and talk about it. But you better believe if I didn't have this podcast, I was still gonna be it. See, this was how I was raised. My mother, my mother, my father, they raised me. They didn't care. They would say it don't care. We don't, we don't care as long as you're being it. So I told my son, I told my son today in the gym, we were in the gym. I said, You the best player in the country. I told him, I said, You're the best player in the country. He looked at me, he was like, Alright, whatever. I said, son, you got to you have to embody this before it looks like you're the best player in the country. You have to be it. And here's the deal. You ready? Because he was sore from this past weekend and he was tired, and he kept grabbing his arm and he was looking at me. I'm like, what do you want me to say? I know you're sore. I know you're tired. What do you want me to say? Oh, I'm sorry, you're sore. Here's the reality of it. I'm gonna be real with you. Ain't nobody gonna care. They don't they're not gonna care. Nobody's gonna care you're sore. Nobody's gonna care that you're tired. Nobody cares. Nobody cares that this happened to you. Nobody cares. I'm sorry. I know it sounds whole cold and sounds harsh. Nobody cares. Here's the reality, what people do care about. What are you being? Who are you? Who are you? Are you the version who play the victim right now? You the version who's gonna say, oh my gosh, oh my gosh, why me? Are you that version? This is why I keep trying to tell you nobody's coming to save you. Nobody's coming to save you. And when you know that, you'll start swimming. And you here's the deal, ready? When you know nobody comes to save, you ain't give a f- You don't care how sore you are. This is a non-negotiable. We got this, we got to swim. And then there was a change in him. I just had to rule, I had to wake him up. I know you're sore. I know you're tired. I know you're hurt. Guess what? I'm tired too. I'm just as tired as you. But guess what? Nobody cares. I still gotta show up for me. I still gotta do what I gotta do. So what I find so many people, and I've maybe said this, and this is super ambiguous, right? The same way I gotta find myself. That's the problem sometimes. Is we try, we, we, we go on this hunt and we we try to find ourselves. And now finding yourself becomes a performance. It becomes a scavenger hunt that never ends. Now you got the wrong objective. So why don't you stop trying to find yourself? Huh? I'm talking to everybody here, and I'm talking to myself right now. Why don't you stop trying to find yourself so hard? And why don't you start expressing who you are? Hmm. You don't discover who you are by thinking, you don't discover by who you are who you are by uh uh intellectually trying, you discover who you are through you living it, through you embodying it. Do you see? Identity is not something that you find, it's revealed. And now here's what ends up happening who you are will start to emerge, it will start to express through your actions, through your experiences, through courage, through failure, through creation, through your relationships, through your service to others. Your life now becomes the expression of the identity, the embodiment that you are. Thinking doesn't do that. I feel like Reverend Ike right now. I feel like I'm doing a sermon for y'all right now. I feel like I'm doing a sermon, but get ushers, go ahead and open the door, pass
The Identity In Between Phase
SPEAKER_02that plate around. So here's the deal, right? And I'm not gonna keep you long because I just wanted to. I just want you to understand in this age that we're in. We're growing up in an age, I was telling the boys, my whole point of this was I'm telling the boys like you growing up at an age of social media. Social media. I'm telling you, you know what I could do? I could go on social media right now and make my life look fantabulous. I can make my life uh what? I can make my life look like something it is not. I could live my life from a lack of integrity, is what I'm saying. You can too. So the goal was for you to be what it what it is that you do what you what you desired. Be the version of you who wants to live the life that you want to live. Be it. Be it! And here's the deal. You ready? You ready? You gotta be it when no one's watching. Because if you only be it when someone's watching, that's what we call performance. I had uh the parents came to pick up the kids, and one of the dads said, you know, good for you for having that moment. Good for you. I'm like, what do you mean? Good for me. This is who I am. What you see on Instagram, what you see on the podcast, what you see on the academy, what you see, everything that you see is what I am. So I don't know nothing different. What you see is what I so if I'm going to help you and invest into you and that why and why wouldn't they come over to my house and spend the night? Why wouldn't I feed them? Why wouldn't I do these things? You see how this works. So for you, maybe there's nothing wrong with you. Maybe there's nothing actually wrong with you. Maybe you just tired of carrying the old version that got you here. Maybe uh the reason why you can't find yourself is the reason because the person that you're searching for doesn't exist anymore. Three snaps in a Z formation. You over here trying to try to search for something that ain't even there. How many times that happened? Huh? You ever go look for something you searching for, you searching for it, and then you find it like, dang, it ain't even here. This is what you're doing. Maybe uh uh your next breakthrough that you keep seeking. It ain't hidden. You over here looking for something in plain sight. You ever done that? You looking for your keys, and your keys were sitting right there the whole time. It wasn't hidden, it was right here. Maybe sometimes the greatest faith that you could exhibit isn't about you doing the work. Maybe the greatest faith is you being the work. It's about trusting the work that you've already done up until this point and starting to be it. Do you see how this works? So all I'm asking you is to show up. Participate. You're in the game now. Don't don't don't intellectualize it. Don't read about it, don't listen about it, don't watch about it. Be it. You see what I'm saying? And and and and I hear when I say this. You may be on the other end. You may be listening to this podcast and it's like, yo, I really want to take the next step, but I don't want to well then take the next step. Take it. It may be signing up for a retreat. It may be joining the DG Mindset Academy and say, you know what? I'm gonna surround myself with people who are on their journey. I'm so afraid of what's gonna happen. If, what if I'm vulnerable? And what if I, you know what, I'm just gonna do it. Because the version of me who's healed, who doesn't want to live from this place of being fear or being afraid, that's what she would do. You see, just be it. That's all I'm asking. And now here's what ends up happening. When you start to be it, you ain't gotta worry about if it's working or not.
Stop Trying And Make It Simple
SPEAKER_02I don't ask myself, is it working? I really don't. I've done, I mean, you know me. I don't really, and that's why I don't really get caught up in the weeds. I don't get in, I don't get caught up in the minutia of this self-development. I don't get caught up in that. I'm an athlete. So an athlete, your performance, it only matters what you did. I can talk about, oh, I'm this and I'm that. It don't matter if you ain't producing it. If you ain't it, do it. Well, oh my gosh, I could have had 30. Yeah, but you didn't have 30. You did it. That's all that mattered. Did you have 30? Yes or no? My kids, they know in my house. Don't say you're trying. Ain't no such thing. Ain't no such thing as trying. You are either it or you're not. That sounds cold. That sounds harsh. No, it's really, really pretty brock and white. Wife, because as long as you keep saying that you're trying, guess what? You've just made a really gentle, comfy, fluffy, unicorn rainbow excuse for you not to embody the version that you would have to become in order to do it. That's all. Every time you say you try, you're just making a nice excuse for yourself. That's all you're doing. Somebody gotta keep it 100 with you. Somebody gotta keep it real. Well, I'm trying to, I'm trying to lose weight. Mother, you either you either doing it or you not. Which one is it? Well, I'm trying to make this relationship work. Well, you either doing it or you not. Which one is it? You see how simple it is now? You either embodying the old version or the new version. It's so simple, it is not even funny. So please stop laughing. It's simple because simplicity will always scale. Simplicity will always create what you're looking for. So now ask yourself in this moment right now. Am I responding or am I reacting? Am I being it or am I not? And now life becomes simple too. This universe can only correspond to what you are. Am I it or am I not? Am I being it or am I not being it? Simple. So told you all. Maybe I told you all on this podcast. I don't know. I talk so much over the week, I don't even remember where I say half the stuff I say. It could be a podcast, it could be an academy, it could be to a client. I don't remember. But I told you about like writing a letter to yourself 90 days out and telling yourself what you're gonna do. And congratulating yourself. Can't wait to see you when you get here. 90 days I come. I'm not July's coming. I knew it. It started in April, it's coming. It is coming. I got a letter coming to my house. And here's the deal. Here's the deal. Good God Almighty, y'all stay with me because we got to close the doors here in a minute. I knew when I wrote this letter to myself, and I told myself all the things that I'd done 90 days out. I knew when I wrote that letter, that letter didn't mean nothing if I couldn't embody the version of me. And I had 90 days to get it done. I gave myself 90 days. You hear what I'm saying? Think about it like this. He was coming. He's coming. The 90-day version, so what you gonna do? You're gonna sit here and say, oh, I tried, I tried to do it. Or you're gonna just be it, D. Which one is it? I had no choice. I got no choice. And I don't know if it's working or not. I don't know. I'm gonna be honest with you. I don't know if it's working. But I do know this. Him ain't the same he was back in April. I do know that. Him ain't the same. So I think it's working. I don't know. When that 90 days, I don't even remember what I wrote to myself in that 90 days. A little bit here and there, but when it comes, when it gets here, I'm gonna sit here and look at it. And here's the deal. You ready? You ready? I may have fallen short. I may not actually be it. But I'm gonna tell you one cotton picket thing. I'll bet your bottom dollar, I'm one step closer than I was when I started back in April. You hear what I'm saying? And now you start to realize that the really the gift, the trophy, was the journey. Even if you're not who you said you would be in 90 days, you were a step closer than what you were. You may be 50 steps closer, you may be a mile closer. You may, we can't, we don't, there ain't no metrics. But the fact that you even set the intention to embody it, that means that you were moving closer to it. And then you just look at your life and see, like, wow, I remember when I wrote this letter. I remember where I was. I remember how I thought. I remember how I felt. Damn, I am
The 90 Day Letter And Rebuild
SPEAKER_02different. So for everybody here, just be it. Just be it. I told you I shut down the DG mindset community. I did that because I don't want to create a container. I don't want to create a container that becomes more about what it looks like than what it is. That isn't me. That isn't me. That's why I don't really, I don't really do too much talking. I'd rather just be it. And that's not sexy in today's world. In today's world, they'd rather make you think that you're something that you're not. So this is why I started the DG Mindset Academy. See, sometimes this happens in life. I had to tear down some stuff to rebuild it, and it was a lot of work. And I did it was a lot of inner work too. There's a lot of things inside of me that came up. Good God Almighty. I told you all a lot of people were upset. There's a lot of people who were in the community who haven't joined the academy. And that was just fine. And there's things that came up inside of me that it's like, oh no, people don't approve of me. Oh no. But see, I set the intention back in 2025 when it started to become the version of me who I knew I could be. And if I'm still living out of the program of thinking I need people's approval, I'm not really being the version of me. So the universe used the deconstruction as the reconstruction. Do you see how this works? The deconstruction of the of the uh uh community was really the deconstruction of an old identity that I had. And the reconstruction of the academy was really just the reconstruction of a new version of me. And here's the deal there are some people right now who are listening to this, who were in the community and are in the academy, in the academy. And you can see that there is a there is a difference, isn't it? There is a difference. The difference between the caterpillar and the butterfly, the difference between the tadpole and the toad. There is a difference because the energy of this is about being it, it's about embodying it, it's about living it. And we ain't gotta talk about it. We just gonna be it. And then you know what's gonna happen when you start to be it? The world's gonna start to see you now. The world gonna start to recognize you, and you're gonna go you're gonna get little compliments like this. You seem like you've changed. You seem lighter. What are you doing? Like what's going on? You seem like you're at peace. Well, I don't know what I'm doing. I just know what I'm being. So at the end of the day, just be it. Healing, this journey of healing is not about performance, not about doing, it's about being it. Just be it. Be do have, be do have, be do have. Don't get caught up in the doing. Don't get caught up in the have, just get caught up in the being. I'm telling you, take care of the cause, the effect will always transpire.
Academy Invitation Merch Retreat Closing
SPEAKER_02This is an invitation to you to join the DG Mindset Academy because guess what? Here in July 6th, we're gonna start this new uh this new eight-week program, this new eight-week semester, and it's gonna be called Letting Go. And we're gonna learn how to let go of these old programs. But here's the deal: a lot of you got a lot of programs that you're running out of, and there are five programs, five patterns, but you don't know what they are. And we're gonna learn about what they are in this eight weeks. And when you know what they are, you can actually drop it. You can let go of it because you hold on to something that you didn't know you were holding on to. You see how this works. You got something in your hand and you didn't even know it was in your hand. But we gotta learn what it is so we can let go of it. This is what this is this is why I encourage you to join the DG Mindset Academy. And here's the deal, you ready? Ain't no fluff. Ain't no fluff. There's accountability, there's responsibility, there's community, there's all of these things to ensure that you just be it. That's it. Just be it, and that will take care of everything. So get yourself in the DG Mindset Academy. And I'm telling you this too. You listen to this, but here, here, by the time you by the time this podcast comes out, there is a merchandise store. I get so many, I can't tell you how many DMs, I can't tell you how many comments I get. People are always like, where can I buy your merch? Where can I buy your merch? I'm just like, oh my gosh, I can't, I can't. I kept saying, I can't. Why don't you listen? Listen to what they say. You say you want people to be, you always talk about, well, that'd be cool to go somewhere somebody's wearing it. Okay, well then do it. Be it. Be it. So fortunately and unfortunately, the merchandise is only available in the DG Mindset Academy. So we got, I mean, we got everything. They've got the whole, how did Drake say? We got the whole shebang. Shebang. We got the shebang in there. I mean, it's a hat, sweatshirt, shirts, tank tops. Uh, we even got some for the ladies. The ladies, I heard y'all. Y'all saying, we how come you don't make the boxy tea? I don't even know what a boxy tea is, but I have my wife help me. She she broke it down what a boxy tea was. So we got boxy tees in there. We got uh tank tops. Uh I don't even know the names of them. This is what I don't do women's clothing like that, but uh all of it's in there. Phone cases, phone cases in there, mugs, everything. I'm like, I had to be it. So it's all within the DG Mindset Academy. Um also, too, still working on it, but uh there will be one more retreat. There will be one more retreat in 2026. Um working on the location. Uh, most likely it's going to be plant medicine. Um, because I'm gonna start teaching people how to work on themselves and embody the medicine. Don't go do the medicine. Don't do it. Be it. Be it. Go be it. So I'm gonna start teaching people how to do that, but that will only be available to those in the DG Mindset Academy. So uh basically, if you want to get all access to all this stuff, get yourself in the DG Mindset Academy. I just say that. Um and as always, I wish you nothing but the best on the pathway to your results.
