We rethink success by shifting focus from loud breakthroughs to the quiet power of micro shifts that build identity, resilience, and momentum. From a Bad Bunny halftime insight to cold plunges, treadmills, and seed-sowing, we map a path of small, daily actions that compound into lasting change.

• why chasing loud breakthroughs burns us out
• the hundred-pound stone and unseen repetitions
• belief, energy, and the Bad Bunny halftime moment
• micro shifts as micro identities that stack
• cold plunge lessons and nervous system rewiring
• avoiding adjustment shock with gradual training
• cause and effect: inputs first, outcomes later
• invisible work that prepares visible results
• proof through small wins and compounding effort
• choosing one uncomfortable action each day
• pain as the prompt for personal and social change

From Breakthroughs To Micro Shifts

Once you see what you actually are, that you're an infinite, limitless being, you'll see that nothing exists outside of you. I'm your host, Derek Grant, and this is the Pathway to Your Results Podcast.

Quiet Change Vs Loud Ego

SPEAKER_01

Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to the Pathway to Results Podcast. It is your Brevet D G. I hope y'all are doing well. I hope we are uh navigating through this existence that we call life. Um this episode is for all my people who are looking to create, who are looking to do things. Uh but we just get burned out. We get we get downtrodden with the mundane monotony of doing the same thing every day. I'm gonna talk about today why this is really important, why we are seeking the breakthrough, but maybe we need to stop worrying about the breakthrough and start focusing on the micro shifts. Now you start to understand micro shifts are super quiet, but the breakthroughs are loud, but we always seek loudness. And if you seek loudness, this is how you know it's actually the ego. The micro shift, though, is what really matters.

Now I just realized something the other day. You know, being open and honest with you, there was a part of me, there's a version of me that was always looking for the big breakthrough. The big breakthrough. That's what keeps me going. Man, if we can just get that that that one that one thing that's just like blows everything up. And I fell asleep for a little bit. Not literally, but energetically. And I realized, I'm like, wait a minute. Nothing you ever have done has ever come from this big, huge breakthrough all at once. I'm talking to you right now. You're hearing yourself. The goal that you have, the goals that you have accomplished, it was never from one moment. I know we've talked about this. The 100-pound stone theory. You hit the stone, the big boulder, 99 times, and nothing happens. Those 99 times that you were hitting it were the micro shifts. Micro shift after micro shift, and you just keep hitting that stone, nothing happens. Then all of a sudden on the hundred below, the thing breaks. And everybody said, Man, look at that breakthrough on that one. It looks like, it looks like it was that one thing. So I watched the, I didn't watch the Super Bowl. I'm not even gonna lie to you. I didn't watch the Super Bowl. I didn't watch the Super Bowl, but here's what I did watch. I watched the halftime performance. Now, was I held against my will? No. Was I coerced into watching it? Maybe. This is the third fourth year. I think I don't know when Usher Raymond did the Super Bowl. But I've been watching Super Bowl's halftime since Usher Raymond. I don't know who came first. I think it was like Usher, like Rihanna, then Kedra Lamar, then Bad Bunny, right? Never, never did I ever seek to watch the halftime show. But my wife, she loves the halftime show. And all my ladies out here, I think this is a pretty, this is consensus. They love the halftime. They're like, I don't care about this fooze ball. I want to see who's doing the halftime show. Okay. So I'm kind of like adopting her frequency where I don't watch the game. I just watch the halftime show. I'm just doing my other thing. She's like, Derek Ruby, Hudson, the halftime show. I'm like, all right, now, this year's episode, this year's uh performance was Bad Bunny, right? Now I'm gonna keep it 100 with you guys. I'm gonna be honest. I didn't know much about Bad Bunny. I knew enough. I'd seen him. I knew who he was, right? I couldn't name one song. Um I knew uh there was an uproar about him performing and, you know, being Puerto Rican and, you know, our country, our country is I'm not judging, but our country is the most unhealed. If a country could be a person, this is the most unhealed individual there is, right? Okay, so anyway, so I that's how I knew about it. So she's like, all right, let's watch it. So I'm watching it, and I'm there's something, there's something about this guy. I don't, I don't know, I don't know what it is, but there's something about him. I'm like, I'm like drawn towards him. Not drawn to the music yet, but I'm drawn towards him. I'm just watching him, and he's running out of the tunnel. I'm just, you know how when you watch somebody, you can tell their energy, their aura, their frequency, and I'm just watching them. And I'm like, dang, there's something about this guy. So anyway, I keep watching. And now I'm listening to the music, and I thought I feel like there's a little vibe right now. I feel like it's I'm like tapping my foot. I'm like, I don't know what they're saying. I have no idea. I'm trying to reflect back to ninth grade senior of late Spanish class, trying to see if I can sock in Los Libros, Por favor, see if I can figure out what he's saying. I can't understand a word he's saying, but I'm like starting to see cameos. I'm like, wait, is that Cardi B? Wait, is that Jessica Alco? I'm like, I'm like, okay, this is a vibe. And then I'm looking at him getting up on the uh uh uh the the the what is it called the the the power uh I don't know what you call it, the power pole, the electric, whatever. I've been to Puerto Rico. I've been to Puerto Rico three times. The power goes out. And I'm like, I wonder if that has something to do with it. So I'm watching, I'm seeing all these subtleties inside of his this production. And then there was a moment where he started walking and he's looking at the camera. He's walking, he has his football in his hand, and he's saying something in Spanish, but it's weird because he was he was saying something in Spanish, but I felt like he was talking to me, but I didn't know what he was saying. It was like I was picking up on the frequency of the energy, something that could not, it transcended language, and he's looking at the camera, and I'm like, what is he saying? Well, the next morning I woke up and it was on my feed, and they had translated what he was saying. He was basically saying, the most important thing you can do is believe in yourself. It's the most important thing you can do, is believe in yourself. I said, dang, and he kept going. He's like, I believed in me when nobody believed in me. I said, dang. And he said, I hope you believe in yourself, because I believe in you. And I'm like, how did I know he was talking to me without talking to me? Okay, so this is that's that's that, okay. So then the next day, Monday, I'm working out in the basement. I got, you know, I go down to the basement. That's where like I get to turn my mute. I got a I got a speaker, I turn that up as loud as I can. I turn up as loud as I can. I know, I don't even know if the neighbors can hear it, but if they can, they know what I'm listening to. Well, they knew that day I was on bad bunny. I'm listening, I'm on the treadmill, I'm lifting weights. I cannot tell you one word that they were saying what he was saying. But I'm listening to the whole bad bunny playlist. And I'm just feeling the energy, right? Feeling the vibe. And then all of a sudden, and then I guess this is the way the phones work because they listen to everything. All of a sudden, now on Instagram, all this bad bunny stuff starts popping up on my feed. And I'm seeing videos of Bad Bunny before he was Bad Bunny. I'm seeing videos that people who worked with him back before he was ever famous, like home videos, singing like dorm rooms and these tiny little bedrooms and just makeshift studios. And my point of this is this everybody's going to worship and idolize the breakthrough, but they don't realize the micro shifts that took place every month and day. They don't see that. So this is why I'm telling you, don't you give up on your dream. Don't you give up on yourself. Please and thank you. Because every time that you make a micro shift, meaning you change just a little bit, and nobody sees that change. Every time there's a little change, there's a subtle internal recalibration with your nervous system. And now you've got to understand every time that you make a micro shift, you are creating a micro identity. Good God Almighty. So imagine you like Power Rangers or you like Transformers, and the Autobots start to come together, meaning these micro identities that I'm creating. In January, I have this identity. In February, I have this identity. In March, I have this identity, and nobody's going to notice. Because these are subtle. But when you get to June and you add them all up, and somebody says, Yo, who is this? Yo, you've changed so much in the last six months. Are you kidding me? I changed every day. I did one thing every day that was difficult. I did one thing every day that was challenging. I told you all, I don't like cold water. I don't like cold water. I used to not like cold water. Now I don't have a problem with it. I went and bought me a cold plunge. I bought me a cold plunge and it took me three weeks to get in that water. No, no, let me tell you something. Let me tell you something. It took me 21 days to get in that water. It took me 19 before I filled it up. Do you see? I did this to create a shift, a micro shift. So now I got in the first day. Man, it was cold. I'm not even gonna lie. I don't know much about cold plunges, but I think this water was a little cold. I think I went straight for the advanced. I got a thermometer. That thermometer said it was 42 degrees. I had to push my foot down in that water. And I look, I'm I'm not gonna sit here and be like I was the Hulk. All I could do was get into my knees and I put my hands down into my elbows and I said, I'm gonna do 30 seconds. I did that twice and that was it. The next day I got back in and I was able to get in all the way to my waist, and I'm like, why is it not as cold? Now, granted, it had gone up 10 degrees and it was 50 degrees, but nevertheless, it wasn't as bad as what I had imagined it to be. Why? Because I had created a new identity through that micro shift of getting in the first time. So the reason why I'm saying this, I told my son, because I'm having him do it, I said, if you can do this, do you know how easy it will be for you to overcome any fears that you have? Do you see? So the reason why I'm saying this, small changes are what create great outcomes. Small changes. Look at the human body. It took nine months for you to be born. It took nine months from conception for you to develop. But every single day, spirit was working. Every single day, there was something that was being developed. I had an app on my phone for when my kids were born, and you could look at it. I was on the road at the time, so I would look at it be like, today, 30 days after conception, the fetus is doing blank, blank, blank. 25 days, and I was like, wow, every day there's something that's going on. The reason why I'm saying this is because the small shifts are what compound into this unrecognizable life. So this is where I'm telling you fall in love with today. Fall in love with the things that seem like they don't matter. You don't change your life all at once. Nobody does. And this is what I find with a lot of people on the self-help journey. They grow tired, they grow weary because they don't realize those micro shifts, those micro changes that you're doing every single day, those are what change your life over a course of time. It doesn't happen all at once. The world sees all at once. We see Bad Bunny in the Super Bowl, but we didn't see back 15 years ago when he was sitting in that uh eight by eight room in Puerto Rico trying to hurry up and record before the power went out in the evening. We don't see that. So for everybody here, if you hear me, this is what we call falling in love with the grind, because Microshift is the real grind. I don't think you hear what I'm saying right now. For all my athletes out there, when you fall in love with the small things, the small things, the big things become obsolete. Don't at me on that one. I'm not even worried about the big thing, because I know the big thing has to come. Are we playing the game of cause and effect? You absolutely right we are. If I focus on the cause, do I not am I is the effect not gonna come? It has to. So ask yourself, what is something small I can do today that's going to be uncomfortable for me? Because what's uncomfortable today will be comfortable tomorrow. So let me just focus on that. So it could be something as little as maybe the first thing you do when when you eat dinner is throw salt on your food and you don't even taste it. How about today? Don't put salt on it. Don't put salt on it. That may be uncomfortable for you. And it seems little. Or maybe it's, well, I always I have to eat, I can't eat anything without hot sauce. Don't put hot sauce on it today. Do something that is challenging, small. Because what ends up happening is you now, to do something challenging, have to create a new version of you that you have never been. Maybe we're afraid to look at our bank account. We're afraid to balance that checkbook. Well, I guess people don't balance checkbooks anymore. Well, my dad does. I told him, I said, Don't you know you got online banking? Don't you know you can just sign into the app? Why you still? He's like, Well, I just like that. He's been doing this for 50 years. Every Sunday, sits down and balances that checkbook. He said, You don't balance your checkbook? I said, No, I ain't got no checkbook. I ain't got no checkbook. It called, they called uh debit cards. I just I just I just go on to my app and it will tell, Dad, did you know it would tell me in real time? In real time what my bank account is? That's what I do. So there's nothing to balance. But here's my point. Do something challenging, difficult, uh, something that you run away from. Just do it once a day. It could be getting up two minutes earlier than you normally do. It could be a cold plunge, it could be working out, it could be having a conversation with somebody. It could be, you know what? I'm not gonna be the loudest one at dinner tonight. I'm actually gonna sit back and observe everybody. Do what's challenging because here's what ends up happening. By doing this, you will start to create momentum through the small shifts. And this is how a baby was conceived. This is how a baby's born. It doesn't grow all at once. It doesn't just sit in there as nothing, and then on the ninth month markets, all of a sudden, boom, there's a baby. No. Every single day. There's this momentum. Momentum. Momentum. Momentum. Momentum. Momentum. Momentum. But it's because of these small changes that are happening. So life becomes so much more simple. Because life can become overwhelming. And now when you start it it becomes overwhelming when it's, I gotta focus on the big thing. Raise your hand. Why don't you raise your hand? Do you like pizza? Do you like hamburgers? Do you like sandwiches? Do you like food? Okay. We all do in some way, shape, or form. When you sit down to eat something, you don't eat it all in one bite. Every time that you we call it chewing, they're just micro shifts. They're just micro shifts, that's all they are. Chewing is you just doing a small action to create a big change. The big change was you finishing the burger. So every time you take a bite and you chew, this is you. It's a microcosm of life. So I started to look at my life and ask myself, what can I do today that will move me closer to where I want to be tomorrow? Some days it's resting. Some days it's doing nothing. Some days, you know what? It's going for a walk and leaving my cell phone at home. Some days it's, you know what? I'm not going to work out today. Because right now I'm trying to overcome this version of me who's afraid of not performing, who's afraid of not doing enough. So right now a micro shift would be me not going to work out and just sitting back and being intentionally lazy, sitting and doing a puzzle, sitting down and reading a book, and not reading a book to obtain information, reading a fiction book, a book that's just gonna allow me to just be. Sometimes that's what a micro shift looks like. And now here's what ends up happening. When you start to become accustomed and you fall in love to the micro shift, now this becomes your sense of normalcy. See when your cause is. When you focus on the cause and that becomes your normal, now life's gonna start to change with you. And then here's the deal: you're not worried about it anymore. It's like running a marathon. You go run a marathon, you're not trying to run 26.2 miles all at once. Right? Maybe you you you you break it down and you're like, oh, if I can just, you know, if I can just get to mile three, if I can just get to mile six. And then you get to a certain point, you were like, if I can just put one foot in front of the other. If I can just was one breath. Look, I ordered me a treadmill. I order a treadmill, right? Now, I haven't ran. I've been doing the Peloton, I've been doing the bike, but I haven't ran in months because I was having foot issues, but my foot's healed now. It's good. I'm and Carly always tells me, she's like, Don't you go down there and hurt yourself because you go from zero to a hundred. I'm like, no, I don't know nothing different. We go hard in the paint like Waka Flocka. I don't know nothing different, right? So anyway, I've been sitting here circling the date. Treadmill was supposed to get delivered on February 1st. It didn't come until the 8th. But when it came, you better believe they dropped that thing off. They were done installing it by 9 o'clock. I was down there on that treadmill by noon. I was down on it, right? Actually, it wasn't noon, it was actually in the evening, but you get my point. I got down there on that treadmill. And the treadmill has like programs, the Peloton treadmill, and it has like programs like a bike does. So instead of just me just getting on and jogging and just doing, I'm gonna do one of these programs. Now, I I don't know much about, like I've never done this before, but I know HIT. HIT is high interval intensity training, right? And I used to do HIT workouts when you know, go to the gym and everything. So I'm like, I do a HIT workout because that was familiar. And I did it on a treadmill. Now, I don't know if any of these listeners, if y'all have ever done this before. At one point, I had asked myself, what did I get myself into? At one point, and I'm not lying to y'all, I'm 43 years old. At one point, I was running faster than I believe I have ever ran in my life. Ever. Ever. Ever. Like literally, it was turned up to 12 miles an hour. And I'm like, wait, I thought a treadmill only goes to 10. How does they get up to 12? And then it's running. I'm like, I gotta run like this for 30 seconds. So anyway, here's my point. I got off. And that was challenging. And I'm like, I'm gonna do it again the next day. But that night, I went to bed and I got up to go to the bathroom. And I couldn't walk, y'all. I couldn't walk. My calves were so sore. I'm over here stumbling to the point where I woke my dog up. My dog was laying down. He woke up, like, what in the world is going on here? What do you? I look like you remember that music video, Thriller? Remember Thriller when they were and they were walking like those zombies. That's how I was walking to the bathroom. And I'm like, oh my goodness. This is what happens when you don't take the small steps every single day. So sometimes when we go from all to nothing, I mean nothing to all, we can shock ourselves. This is what we call adjustment shock. So this is why the micro shifts matter. Now I've done this, I've had enough adjustment shocks in my life to know better. I learned my lesson. I will get back on the Peloton, but this time I'm gonna do it in micro shifts. Micro steps, right? As they would say, in baby steps. But here's my point. What ends up happening is how many times this is why people in the New Year's resolutions, why we don't keep up with them. Because we ain't been doing nothing towards the end of the year, and then all of a sudden in the beginning of the year, we're gonna go all gung-ho, and then we feel the whiplash of the adjustment shock. You have to realize the reason why we're able to accomplish new things in life is because we're creating new identities. And to create a new identity, that means there's gonna be a death of an old identity. And if we're not careful, there will be a mass extinction of versions of us going from one level up five levels, and that can be traumatic in and of itself. So this is why if we just focus on the small things that we can do daily, taking a different route to work, parking in a different parking spot. It seems like it doesn't matter, but it matters. Because for you to do something different, you'd have to become somebody different. And then here's what ends up happening as you start to become accustomed to updating your identity through repetition. Now it becomes easier when the breakthrough comes. It becomes easier when when the uh uh the big shift comes. Now it's no big deal. It ain't no big deal that I did this, this, and this. Are you kidding me? Do you know how many versions I had to go through to get to this? I used the analogy of the million, I told you the million followers on Instagram. The million followers was everybody sees, but do you know how many times before nobody ever saw it? There's so many videos. I wish I probably have enough for three years worth of videos that will never get released. They will never get released. But just by doing them, I was creating micro shifts. Do you know how many websites, how many landing pages don't ever get released? Do you realize how many things that The public never sees, but still get done. The reason why I do it is because it's a micro shift. There's so many programs that I may create that don't work. Okay, that's done. Okay, that doesn't work. It's the micro shifts. That's what matters to me. I want to create a new version of myself to be able to do something I've never done. Now, do you all see when I tell you stop chasing the goal? Stop chasing the big breakthrough. Stop chasing the top of the mountain. Chase each step. Chase each step. Chase each step. Those little steps are what add up to the whole thing. So now here's what ends up happening. You ain't gonna have whiplash. You're gonna be able to recover when things don't happen. You're gonna be able to deal with it. Because I'm just really focusing on right now. What do I need to change right now? And then here's what's gonna end up happening. You ready? Here's what's gonna end up happening. You're gonna have your bad bunny moment. You're gonna have that moment where somebody in the world's gonna see you for the first time as this new version of you. They're gonna be like, something's different. I don't know what it is about her. I don't know what it is about him. I'm just drawn to her. He has this kid who's saying he got an aura. He got something about you just different. This is when the universe is honoring you now. You've created enough shifts, you've chewed enough that you're able to digest all of this now. We can go ahead and give you the treat, the prize at the end. And don't think that this is the end of it. This is just the beginning of a new phase of you. So I want you to think of your life as nothing more than we've talked about this. It's just like you working out. You're not gonna build that body, that physique, in one workout. It's gonna be a small workout, the workouts that nobody sees. I was showing my son the other day on Instagram, I was telling him about Phil Heath, because my son, I'm slowly starting to introduce him to like weights, right? Learning how to like control weight and everything. I was telling him about Phil Heath. And everybody knows who Phil Heath. Phil Heath was a former college basketball player and went on to win Mr. Olympia like a bunch of times. So I'm showing him, Hudson's looking at this dude. I mean, this dude's, he's probably like six foot, 300 pounds, straight muscle. Hudson's like, man, he don't even look real. He looks like an action figure. I said, Yeah. And he was like, he was watching him work out. He's like, why is he not lifting very much weight though? I said, Hudson, you have to understand what this man is doing. This man is strengthening muscles and fibers within him at a level of detail that we will never understand. We all see these big muscles that are protruding from the skin, but he's working the fibers that nobody can see. That's what I'm trying to tell you. It's the fibers that nobody can see that is giving way and propelling the thing that everybody else is gonna see. Everybody's gonna see the bicep, everybody's gonna see the pectoral muscle, everybody's gonna see your back bulging, but they don't see the small level detailed things that you did to get you to the point so everybody can see it. But God almighty, I don't think you hear what I'm saying. This is why I told him, I said, listen, this man does this every day. And I said, here's the deal, you know what? He don't skip no meals. I can guarantee you, you don't get that big without bringing in energy. He don't get that big, and that his muscles need to eat. And I showed him another video. I said, look, there he is sitting there eating. He's sitting there eating. And I was trying to explain to Hudson, I was like, listen, you want to get stronger, you want to build your body up, you want to do all these things. Do we not realize it's the small things that you do every single day? It's gonna be the little things. So I told him, I said, we ain't gonna skip no meals. You don't skip no meals because guess what? That one meal will matter in the whole grand scheme of things of what you're trying to do, right? You about to go from seventh to eighth grade. You about to, your body's about to go through a transformation like no other. When I look at eighth graders now compared to a seventh grader, I'm like, these are little boys compared to men. I told him, I said, you know, it's coming. It's coming. You're probably gonna grow about four or five, six inches. You're gonna be taller than me. So you have to start getting yourself in the habit of every single day doing the small things that nobody will ever see. And you'll think that they're not mattering. Good God Almighty, I'm about to start going to preacher mode. Go ahead and ushers, close the door. You're gonna do all the things that nobody's gonna see. And you're gonna think that they're not working. You're gonna think that they don't matter. You're gonna say, what's the point of this? It's not working, it's not showing itself. And I imagine, I don't know the man, I don't know him, but I imagine at some point there was a point in Bad Bunny's life where he probably thought, What's the point? I'm gonna give up. Why should I do this? We all go through this. Don't you sit here and think that somebody just because you watch them on TV and they're on a Super Bowl and they're singing in a language that you don't understand, they do not feel the same thing that you feel. Please and thank you. But this is when you got to remember it wasn't about the big thing that everybody saw. It was about the little things that nobody saw. It was about the little things that seemed like they didn't matter. Those are the things that create transformation. Them days that you were sitting there going to the depths of your soul, trying to get the things that nobody will ever understand that you are dealing with. Those days when you feel like I'm tired and I can't go on, but I just showed up today for myself. That was a micro shift because there was a version of you who couldn't show up for itself and you did something that you have never done before. So that's really what matters. It will always be the small things. Do not fall in love with the big things in life. Fall in love with the small things. One small act of kindness is what creates a ripple effect in this world. One small act of love is what changes and transforms somebody. It may not seem like it matters, but trust me, it does. And here's the deal: you may not see it in your lifetime. You may not see the result that will come from it. But please, please, please, please, just like those muscles, if you stick with it and you stay with it every single day, you're going to reap the benefit. You will reap what you have sown. Isn't that why they say that in the Bible? Is that what they say it? You will reap what you sow. You will reap what you sow. Meaning, when you're sowing those seeds, do you not realize that every day that you show up, you're just sowing, sowing seeds? That's all you're doing. Plant them seeds. Go to those networking events, call those people, have those conversations, do those things that you are scared to do, do them every single day. And then here's what ends up happening. All you're doing is throwing seeds. Some of those seeds won't grow. I'm not gonna sit here and cop on here and tell you, like, oh, well, it's gonna work every time. Some of the seeds won't grow. Some of them won't. But I can guarantee you this. All of them won't not grow. All of them won't not grow. If I throw a hundred seeds, you better believe one of them is gonna grow. And I only needed one. I was only looking for one. You know what that one did? That one gave me hope. That one gave me faith. That one gave me belief. That one proved and gave me permission to stick with it. You know how it is. When you start on that journey, that weight loss journey, that body transformation journey, and you see one vein pop out. You see uh one bulge, you see something, and you like, oh my goodness. Dang, I've really been working on my glutes. And look at me now. I got a little bit of a Pokemon back here. Look at this, it's working, it's working. Let me go a little bit harder now. Do you see how this works? Dang, I've been really working on my biceps. And now, like the other day, I looked and I saw a vein popping out. I'm about to go ham. I'm gonna order me a Peloton. No, I'm just kidding. Maybe I need to sign up, I need to sign a brand deal with Peloton. Maybe that's what I need. But anyway, here's my point. It's the micro shifts. It's the small causes that nobody's gonna see. Fall in love with those and be proud of those. Be proud of those. Nobody's gonna see it. They're not supposed to see it. Only you are supposed to see it. Be proud of the shedding that you have that has been done over the last year. The year of the snake, the year of the mamba. You let go of so much, so much. The world never saw it. They're not gonna understand when you get to the top of the mountain, when you have your bad bunny moment, and everybody's like, oh my gosh, I love their content. I love their programs, I love. Girl, do you know what I did back in 2025? I sat in this rusty, crusty jungle on the floor and drank ayahuasca and threw my brains up and had conversations with my ancestors. And I had diarrhea, and I went through all of these things that nobody ever saw. So the world could get this version of me. Good God Almighty. And now the world's saying thank you. People don't realize this is what was happening with Bad Bunny. This was him receiving the energy that nobody ever saw he was putting out. He kept throwing passes and being the quarterback in this universe and throwing it and throwing it, throwing it, and he wasn't receiving. Now he's receiving it now. He's getting it back. This goes also on the negative end as well. So for I'm just gonna leave you with this, okay? If you could see my face, you would see me pointing at you right now. I've put on my dad hat right now, and I'm looking at you right now. I'm not asking you, I am telling you right now. If it seems like it's not working, ask yourself what you need to change. But if it feels like it's working, you better not stop. You better not quit. You better not give up. I better not find out that you gave up on yourself. This is what your future self is saying. I better not find out that you stopped because it got hard. I'm sitting here waiting for you. I am waiting for you to get you up here with me so we can do what we have come here to do. But I need you to do some things first. Number one, I need you to show up every day, if not for yourself. Show up for me every single day. Every day. Don't you take a day off. Now, when I say show up for yourself every day as your future self, I mean sometimes showing up for yourself may be you just resting today. That may be what you need, but don't you give up because I'm telling you, when you get up to here, I got a toothpick waiting for you, and I got a rocking chair with a stool to put your feet up on, and we're gonna kick back, we're gonna put that toothpick in our mouth, and we're gonna sit back like some fat cats and get comfortable. And then all of this energy that you have been putting towards yourself, I've been saving it all. See, I had a bank account of energy in escrow. It was sitting, it was a savings account. And all this energy that you were putting into yourself, you felt like it wasn't mattering. No, no, I was seeing it. And I would take that energy and I would put it into this bank account and I would hold it and I would hold it. And when you get up here, we're gonna spend it. And here's the beauty of it, you ready? This is what your future self is saying. I didn't tell you that this bank account also was an investment account that compounds interest daily. So all of the micro shifts, all of the things that you've been doing every single day, you put one in and you get one back, no, no, no. You put one in, you get two back. You put two in, you get four back. You put four in, you get eight back. Because the universe has to pay its debt. When the universe sees that you've been doing, it has to match you. So don't quit, don't give up. And I'm I'm I'm gonna watch you and witness you from afar. Keep growing. I'm watching this world change. This world is changing. You see, this world is changing. This world is changing. I'm gonna make a podcast here on what's going on, really, what's happening. We used to talk about politics. I'm gonna go deeper than politics. I'm gonna tell you what's happening. It's happening. Changes are happening. Micro shifts don't happen until there's pain. You know why? You ain't gonna change. Ain't nobody gonna make a micro shift. Ain't nobody gonna change. Hear me when I say this now. Don't at me on this. Ain't nobody gonna make a change until it's more painful to stay the same. So this is what we're seeing right now. Our country, our world is like, this ain't working. This is painful watching people being marginalized. This is painful. Now, yes, it's been happening. It's been happening for eons, but we ain't never lived in an age where everything is broadcasted on social media. So now the world is seeing it. This is what's gonna spur change. So keep bringing light to the world. Keep doing what you do when you do it like you do it. Even if nobody sees it. Because there's a lot of things that ain't nobody gonna see, but one day they're gonna see it. And those days that it gets dark, those days that it gets hard, remind yourself that I'm doing this for me anyway. I don't need anybody to see it. I see it. And please know that I wish you nothing but the best on the pathway to your results.
