The Pathway To Your Results
The 3 Levels of Mindset
We explore the three levels of mindset that determine our experience of life, moving from the fear-based survival mode through competition to the ultimate state of creative flow.
• The Survivor Mindset (Level 1) operates from fear, doubt, and safety concerns
• Most people function in Level 1, focused on avoiding failure and tiptoeing through life
• The physical impact of survival mode includes stress and potential illness
• The Competitor Mindset (Level 2) operates from ego, ambition, and the need to prove worth
• Competition stems from scarcity and lack of self-worth
• Even winning fails to satisfy when coming from a competitive mindset
• The Creator Mindset (Level 3) operates from vision, flow, presence, and divine connection
• Level 3 brings freedom from needing others' approval
• We move between different levels in various areas of our lives
• Healing facilitates movement from lower to higher mindset levels
• Daily habits and standards create the blueprint for maintaining a creator mindset

Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to the Pathway to Results podcast. Oh, my goodness, we are here. I wanted to share this with you. I'm taking what I do with clients and I'm bringing this out to the masses and share it with you all. I like numbers, I like levels, I like layers, I like to be able to quantify things. I love it. That makes it easier for me. I'm super what's the word? I like to make things simple. So I found that when you have numbers, it just makes things a little bit more simple. So I'm going to break down to you with the levels of mindset, the levels and layers. This will make it so much easier for you to understand where you're.
Speaker 1:At right. You're either level one, level two, level three, right? I say this because usually there's a trinity with everything. We have spirit, we have matter, we have energy. Right, we have the Father, we have the Son, we have the Holy Spirit. What do we have? We have Brahman Krishna, we have Vishnu Shiva. There's always three, three, three, three, three, three, three, three, three, three. So spirit, mind, body, I said to myself. I said, wait, are there three levels of mindset? Are there three levels of mindset? And I said, absolutely. Now you're going to have to see which one you're in, and I'm going to break it down. I'm going to break down the frequency, I'm going to break everything down so you can understand this to see where you're at Level one. And hear me when I say this Three is not better than one, two is not better than one, one is not worse than three. Do not use to allow the ego to create this dualistic perspective of these levels to start shaming yourself. For whatever reason, you are on level one. That's part one. Part two I got to get you to understand, too, that we fluctuate and move in and out of these levels. You don't always stay in that level. You move from different level to level based on different parts of your life. Okay, so here's why I got to get you to understand Level one.
Speaker 1:Most of this world moves in level one. Most of this world moves in what we call the survivor mindset. And here's what the survivor mindset is it has an operating system, and the operating system is predicated around fear. It's predicated around doubt, it's predicated around safety. So you're constantly tiptoeing, we're tiptoeing, we're scared. This is the worker bee mentality Play it safe, play it safe, play it safe, play it safe. Nope, nope, nope, nope, I'm not going to try it. Nope, I'm not going to do it. Even though I want to, I'm not going to do it.
Speaker 1:The reason why this is the operating system is because there's a subconscious belief that says I hope I don't mess up, I hope that this isn't my fault, I hope that I'm not. That's the energy of guilt, that is the energy of shame. So we operate in this lower belief system. So now, guess what? We focus on avoiding failure. We won't put ourselves in positions, we won't do anything that could create this thing that we call failure. We won't do anything that will stir up this energy of I'm not good enough. So now the energy behind that? It's always going to be tight, it's constricted, it's anxious, it's self-conscious.
Speaker 1:This is where disease usually shows up. This is where physical illness shows up. Right? Sometimes you refer to this as sheep, right? People who are sheep, or people who are NPCs.
Speaker 1:When you're operating in the survival mindset, you're going to operate in scarcity. So this is the version of you who plays this game, afraid of judgment. This is because your wounded self is just trying to stay safe. Good God, almighty, stay with me. This is why I've been trying to tell you all why it's so important to heal, because healing is what moves you from one level to the next.
Speaker 1:When you are broken and you are wounded, meaning you have a distorted self-concept because of things that have happened in your life, you are still going to be moving in this survivor mindset. So how in the devil, as my dad would say, how in the devil are you going to start thriving when you still live in a survival mode? How in the world are you going to create when you are still moving in this victim mode? This is what level one is. So a level one mindset is the victim mentality. It's a scarce mentality. It's a survival mindset.
Speaker 1:So ask yourself right now what part of my life am I in level one? What part of my life am I in level one? Maybe, maybe, maybe in your job. You know good and well that you don't like showing up to that job. You don't like how far you have to drive. You can't stand going to that office because it's always cold. Every time you talk to your boss, his breath smells like cigarettes and coffee. You hate every part about the life, but yet you're still operating in survival mode mode. You won't take the risk, you won't take the step, you won't do what's needed to move out of the survival mindset, so we'll just keep moving in survival. And guess what we're doing? We're just putting strain on our nervous system. So now we're in fight or flight mode.
Speaker 1:So now, literally, our physical body is now stressed up out. We are stressed out of our mind, and all you need is one thing to send you over the edge dang, dang. How come I got this chest pain? Now? Damn, why do I have this chest pain? Yeah, because your body's like I can't keep doing this. I can't keep doing. This was not what I was supposed to be. This physical body does not resonate with this lower stuff.
Speaker 1:We got to move out of this mindset and this is why healing was so important. See, every time I heal, I move out of this mindset. So when I say level one, that could be the 3D mind, this 3D mind. So now, when we move out of the 3D mind because I start healing, I start to see more of myself. Right? See, understand level one. Level one is pure ego, only ego. You don't even have no aware, you don't even have awareness of the spirit of that which you actually are. You're only operating for the fractured part of your mind. But when we move to level two, here's what ends up happening you start to move into the competitor mindset and see the competitor mindset, the operating system, for that is the ego, it's ambition, it's desire, it's want, it's identity and here's the belief system that supports that.
Speaker 1:I got to show everybody that I'm the best. I got to prove to everybody that I'm good enough. I got to show everybody that I can the best. I got to prove to everybody that I'm good enough. I got to show everybody that I can do this. You see, you're constantly moving into this energy of having to prove, and anytime that you have to prove something, that means deep down inside that you don't really believe that you are it. Let me say this again If I have to prove something to you, that really means that I'm trying to prove myself and you are actually the vessel that I am using to reflect. So when you feel like you got to prove to everybody that you were him, that means that you really wasn't him inside your own mind, do we see? So if I'm trying to prove to everybody and show everybody hey, look what I did you guys see what I'm doing. Hey, look, look at what I'm doing. That's because, deep down inside, you really don't see yourself. You really don't see yourself. You really don't see yourself.
Speaker 1:And really the belief system behind it is I just need to show that I'm the best, because I believe that being the best would make me good enough. See, this is why I keep telling you you were never supposed to be competitive. What? No? For all my athletes out there, I know this is going to be a paradigm shift. I'm not competitive.
Speaker 1:I'm not competitive, I'm creative. I used to be competitive. I used to think I had to show everybody and outperform others. See, that's what your focus ends up being You're trying to outperform everybody. Why are you trying to outperform everybody? So that way, if I outperform them, then I'll be better than them, and if I'm better than them, then I have a reason to be good enough.
Speaker 1:Oh, so you're really coming from a place of lack right now. Of course you are. Competition breeds lack. You see, look at the Serengeti, look at Africa, look at places where there's scarcity in food. What happens? Animals get competitive. The only reason why you're competitive is because there's a scarcity or a lack of something. See, I have to be competitive because there's a lack of self-worth. Good God, almighty, look, don't at me. I'm not talking to you right now, but, as I'm sitting here drinking from my crystal, don't at me. That's why you're so competitive. You're so competitive because it's the hopes. If I beat you, I'll be good enough.
Speaker 1:In my own mind, I have a reason to be good enough now. What if, though, instead of you using this force of the ego, you came from the divine power that you actually are? And see, when I say power, I'm talking about your capacity to embody your divine nature. The divine never had to compete against anything, because the divine didn't need anything to be enough. It already was everything that was.
Speaker 1:Do you see how this works? I don't have to show to you that I'm enough because I am. I am. I ain't got to put nothing on the end of it, I am. I ain't got to put nothing on the end of it, I am.
Speaker 1:So now I don't have the ambition, the desire to be better than you or beat you, because here's the deal. How many times has this happened? You beat somebody else, or you win, and you're like that's it All. Right now what. I beat you, now what? I made more money than you All right now, what you disappointed. Now you disappointed. Now that I'm disappointed, what am I going to do? I got to find something to numb myself out because I thought this was going to make me feel like I'm enough, I can't even deal with myself anymore. Here, let me see that bottle real quick. Here, let me see those pills real quick. Here, let me go see that. Let me see that computer real quick. I will find something to numb myself out, because this competitor mindset came from a place of lack. It wasn't the whole you to hold you. So here's the symptoms You're inconsistent.
Speaker 1:You have streaky confidence. Your confidence is contingent on basically what you've done. You get thrown off by other people's energy or other people's perspective of you. These are symptoms that let you know that you're moving in a competitive mindset. See the symptom of when you were living in a survival mindset. You overthink, you're constantly defensive, you're unaccountable. You're always playing not to lose instead of playing to win. You see?
Speaker 1:So ask yourself where am I in life that I'm competing? I'm over here competing. You were never supposed to compete, you were supposed to create. Where am I trying to prove that I'm good enough? I'm trying to show dad that I'm good enough. I'm trying to show my boss that I'm good enough. I'm trying to show my parents. I'm trying to show my mom. I'm trying to show my husband, I'm trying to show my spouse, my kids. Who are you trying to show that you're good enough? That means you're operating in a competitive mindset.
Speaker 1:And if I'm operating in a competitive mindset, we're in level two. So I'm operating a little bit within the divine, but mostly in the ego. And this is the stage of healing. I got to heal and when you heal, you'll stop competing. You'll start creating, creating what? Creating new versions of myself that naturally would obtain this, this and this. See, this is what the great ones do. If we look at sports, they don't compete against nobody, no-transcript. When you do that, you'll move into level three.
Speaker 1:Here's what level three is. This is the creator mindset, the creator mindset. And here's what that operating system is it's vision, it's flow, it's presence, it's divinity. And now you have this belief system that supports it, that says I am, that I am, because I know what I am and I am free To express it In any way, shape or form. And I realize that everything that I create Is nothing more Than the outward, physical manifestation Of this new creation that I am. And now, when you do this, your focus now becomes service, it becomes expression, it becomes creation. So now, I'm not chasing numbers, I'm not chasing revenue, I'm not chasing none of that. I'm chasing this next version of me. I'm chasing this next version of me, this version of me who's just a little bit more creative, a little bit more sure, a little bit more self-aware, a little bit more whole, a little bit more self-accepting, a little bit more self-validating, a little bit more of itself.
Speaker 1:People are going to know when you're moving in this third level, this creator mindset, because your energy now is going to be calm, it's magnetic, it's certain, it's confident, it's reverent. They're just going to know. When they get around you, they're going to say, dang, he's different. There's something about what the kids call it. They call it your aura, they say his aura is different. And when you do this, see here's what happened. I'm going to tell you the symptom. This is how you know you're moving to level three. This is when you know you have a level three mindset.
Speaker 1:You don't need no approval from nobody. I don't need approval from anybody. I play free, I inspire others. See that I inspire others. Good God, almighty, y'all ain't trying to hear nothing. I'm saying you will naturally inspire others when you come from level three, from a creator mindset, because the creator was spirit, and spirit comes from the Latin root, spire, and spire is the same root. That's the word for inspiration. So I will naturally only inspire people because I'm living through the spirit. I'm living through the. I am. Do you see how this works? So now I don't have to try and inspire others. I am inspiration, meaning I am living through the spirit. This is what I'm trying to tell you.
Speaker 1:Your healing journey comes with so many perks. It comes with so many. What do they call that? What do they call that Bonuses? There's so many bonuses that come with you healing. Do you see? Look at all that you get access to when I move into level three. It's game over.
Speaker 1:This version of you is not trying to be seen by the world anymore. I don't need to be seen. I don't need to be seen because I am. I am, and that's why people are going to feel you. That's why people see you. That's why people resonate with you. That's why people see you. That's why people resonate with you. That's why people are drawn to you.
Speaker 1:You out here, chilling, you know how it is. You walk in, you're like I don't need, I don't need nobody to see me, I'm chill over here, I'm just going to chill. Oh, my gosh, you're only trying to hear nothing I'm saying right now. So you won't need approval anymore. And now we don't need approval, guess what? You can start to roll solo.
Speaker 1:I went down to Miami for an event, told you all, a couple weeks ago, went to this event and I went by myself. Normally, when I go somewhere, I bring a videographer, or maybe my wife comes with me or somebody's with me. I would buy myself at an event I came. When I tell you, I rolled in solo dolo, I rolled in solo dolo. I'm rolling in by myself. Uber, I'm pulling up, I'm walking up, I walk in.
Speaker 1:And one of the events I was actually a participant. I didn't have to speak or anything, and I'm sitting there and I started to see this version of me. Good God, almighty, y'all stay with me. I started to see this version of me who came up, who's coming up out of me, this version of me who was in level one. Still, see, I had a level one that was still residing in the back, in the shadows, in the back closet, in the back compartment, underneath the rug. We all have level ones, twos and threes inside of us. We have the potential to be level threes in every facet of life, but you still got some level one mindsets inside of you, and I had a level one mindset inside of me that was afraid to be seen because it had not learned yet how to see itself.
Speaker 1:So here I am at this event and I'm like what do I do? Who do I stand around? Do I put my hands in my pocket? What do I do? Maybe I'll go get something to eat and hold a plate. That way, I was so afraid to be seen. And somebody came up to me. I listen to your podcast. I love it, thank you. That was just the universe ushering this opportunity for me to see myself. You're mirroring me, and how I receive this, how I interpret this, will show me the level of how I'm seeing myself.
Speaker 1:And at that moment it snapped me out of it and said boy, why don't you start seeing just a little bit more of yourself? Look at what you're doing right now. Look at where you're at right now. You're out here in these streets right now. Look at you rolling solo dolo. You don't never do this. Look at you. I'm talking to the little boy inside of you because that little boy inside of me was always the new kid. At school we moved around. I told you how many times we moved around. Every couple of years I was the new kid. Everybody's staring at me, everybody's looking at me. They're whispering who's that new kid? Who is he? I have nobody to play with on the playground the first couple of days. I have nobody to sit with at lunch. I was too afraid to be seen.
Speaker 1:And now here I am in this event, forcing myself to be seen, forcing myself to go back to level one and start over, forcing myself to take this level three of the present day and use it on the level one mindset that still resided inside of me. So I went back. I went back in that moment and said boy, we don't need to be seeing nobody, we need to see ourselves. And here's what I'm telling you. I'm with you right now. I see you. Namaste, my friend Namaste, I see you.
Speaker 1:And then, day two, I had to do it again and I was down there for day three, three days, and by the time I got to the third day, it was so much easier. It was so much easier for me to roll up. And I rolled up in there. I'm like shoot, let's go and get this thing going. And anybody who knows me you saw me If you were there for day three at the Ritz Carlton on that last day when you walked up, I was in hiding. I was sitting right there where everybody walked up at because I was okay.
Speaker 1:This little boy who had that level one, had had the level three, and level three didn't need approval. He played free, he was able to put himself out there and not have a fear of whether or not he was going to get approval or not. And this is my friend, is what integration looks like. So before we start seeing everybody else, we're going to have to start seeing ourselves. Do we see how this works?
Speaker 1:So I just wanted to share with you these three levels of mindset, and hear me when I say this you're going to be at different levels, at different facets of life. In one facet of life, I'm in level one. In another facet of life, I'm in level three. In another facet of life, I'm in level two. Where are you? Are you moving? In the survivor mindset, the competitor mindset or the creator mindset. And please know, whatever level you're at, there's levels within that level. There's layers. So don't think that you're going to get to level three and you say I'm done. Nah, that mother runs deep. It's deep. You may be on level one of level three, but there's infinite levels within level three. So I say that because your work will never be done, my friend.
Speaker 1:So start to ask yourself this question when do you find yourself living most days, most of your days? Are you living in a survival mode, a competitor mindset or a creator mindset? And then ask yourself this question what would your daily habits look like? What would your daily standards look like, if you were committed to staying in this creator mindset? What would it look like? What would your daily standards look like if you were committed to staying in this creator mindset? What would it look like? When you get that answer, you will now have the blueprint and now it's just a matter of it ain't nothing to it but to do it now. So I hope this helps you, and this is just something that I kind of do with my clients that I work with, to see especially my athletes, that I work with professional athletes so they can see, like you're not supposed to be moving.
Speaker 1:At level two, you actually get to level three. When you get to level three, this is when it just flows, it just flows, it just flows, it just flows. It's simple, it's easy, the game is easy. Life seems so smooth and easy. That's because you're operating through flow, you're operating through presence. That's because you know what you are and you are just expressing it. I just want to tell you, thank you, whatever level you're on, thank you for continuing to level up. Keep leveling up.
Speaker 1:I got a program coming out. It's called Unlimited. I got a program coming out. It's called Unlimited. I'm going to teach you how to level up On a whole.
