Speaker 1:

Once you see what you actually are, that you're an infinite, limitless being, you'll see that nothing exists outside of you. I'm your host, derek Grant, and this is the Pathway to your Results Podcast. Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to the Pathway Results Podcast. It is your boy, dg. This is presented by DG Mindset. Welcome, welcome, welcome, welcome. You're listening to this right now.

Speaker 1:

If you're listening to this when it's coming out, I'm on my retreat right now at Tulum, helping individuals along their journey, using plant medicine as a tool. To dive just a little bit deeper, I want to do this episode today to help you, to help you along your journey, and this is for anyone who feels discouraged. This is for anyone who feels like it's not working, who feels like they're moving further away from their goals. This is for anyone who feels like it's not working, who feels like they're moving further away from their goals. This is for anyone who feels defeated Defeated. I've been there. I go there from time to time Happens a lot less often now but we all get to a point where we feel like life is working against us. We all get to a point where we feel like life is beating us up. We get to a point where we feel like we can't win or nothing we're doing is right. We all get there. We all go there. I would like to explain to you why this happens, because a lot of times we'll get motivation, we'll get encouragement. People tell us, yeah, you need to grind harder. We get all this motivation but we never get told why. And me, I'm a deeper individual. I want to know why.

Speaker 1:

Why this thing that we call life? We're constantly evolving. We're constantly stepping into a newer version of ourselves. We're constantly creating a new version. So like, if you look at, like the caterpillar going to a butterfly, you're constantly going from a caterpillar to a butterfly and then to a caterpillar to a butterfly. This is what we call evolving, right? You as a human, physically, yes, you change, but then also mentally and emotionally, spiritually, you're constantly evolving.

Speaker 1:

You have new awareness, and the reason why this is happening is because this allows you to expand your consciousness. Consciousness is just conscious awareness. It allows you to expand your awareness and to see more of the world. But how you see the world will be in direct relation to how you see more of the world. But how you see the world will be a direct relation to how you see yourself. So life is trying to help you to see more of yourself. And what does that look? What does that? What does that even mean when you say, like see more of yourself, dg, I don't understand what that means. When you start to see yourself as you choose to see yourself, because as you see, yourself will be as you are. Your identity is basically a culmination of your self-concept. So life is trying to show you all of the places that you have a distorted self-concept, meaning where you don't see all of what you actually are.

Speaker 1:

So we'll use the analogy for right. If you're not moving in abundance, that means you have a distorted self-concept. If you see yourself as lacking, you have a distorted self-concept. If you lack time, if you lack resources, if you lack love, if you lack anything, that is a distorted self-concept, because this universe knows no lack. You show me anywhere else in this universe where there's lack. There is no lack, there is no lack. When you start to understand that lack is nothing more than a perspective, you can walk into a room and say, man, there's no light, I'm lacking light in this room. Or you could say there's an abundance of darkness. Do we not know that we're saying the same thing. You see, this is a choice. This is a choice that we have to make.

Speaker 1:

So my point of this is for you, on this journey where you feel like it's not working, please understand what's happening here. You are present day, in 2025, this is you in present day, and you're creating a version of you that won't show itself until 2026. That version of you in present day and you're creating a version of you that won't show itself until 2026. That version of you in 2026 is carrying a different frequency, a different vibration, a different level of self-awareness, a different level of self-worth, a different level of self-acceptance, a different level of self-validation, a different level of seeing itself. That is carrying a different frequency than you present day. So there is a gap in between you and it. We will call this distance. So what life is going to do is, along this journey through this illusion of time happening literally. It's going to show you all of the places that are creating the distance in between you in the version of you in 2026.

Speaker 1:

Do we see how this works? So you were in 2025 saying you want to be X, y and Z in 2026. The universe is like cool, we got you, but here's what we got to do? We got to show you where the distance is in between you and it. We got to show you how far you are from it and what that looks like is. We're going to trigger you. We're going to trigger you. We're going to get you involved in relationships. We're going to trigger you. We're going to trigger you. We're going to get you involved in relationships. We're going to have people say things to you. We're going to have things happen to get you to step in to the version of you. So we're going to do it through this thing that we call the law of opposites. So you want to be abundant in 2026? Okay, cool, we're going to show you all your scarcity in 2025.

Speaker 1:

You see how this works? Oh, you want to be in a relationship. You want to be in a happy, healthy relationship? Okay, cool, cool, cool. We're going to crumble that marriage right now. Then we're going to crumble everything that you've been putting off because you don't think that you're worthy of being with someone who loves you for who you are. We're going to go ahead and crumble that.

Speaker 1:

So, when you start to realize that life is going to show you the opposites, meaning it's just trying to show you the distance in between where you are and where you want to go. So your job is to embrace it when it comes. You say you want to be a premier ball handler. You say you want to be the best point guard in the world. Well, please believe that this universe is going to show you how bad of a ball handler you actually are. So it's going to have people take the ball from you. It's going to have people block you. It's going to have all of this resistance to show you where you need to do your work. It is now on you. This is why I've been preaching, from here till now, till the end of time You're going to have to be accountable. You're going to have to be accountable because when life shows you the distance, accountability is what allows you to reduce it.

Speaker 1:

Now, y'all ain't trying to hear nothing. I'm saying right now. I know you're not. I know you're not because I know what some of y'all are saying. Man well, does it have to be so hard, or what? Yes, because through the resistance of it being hard, all it's going to do is develop you just a little bit more. Do we not know that nothing grows without resistance? Nothing in this universe grows without resistance. You are going to need resistance if you're going to grow, and the reason why you need to grow is because, in order to grow, you're going to reduce the distance, and when you reduce the distance, you are getting closer to the version of you that you were looking to create. You're only trying to hear nothing. I'm saying right now. Do you see how this works? So life's not working against you. Life is actually happening for you. It's actually happening for you. So all life's saying hey, we're just trying to get you to reduce the distance in between you and the version that you're trying to become. We're just trying to help you.

Speaker 1:

But in order to help you, you're going to need to grow. But in order to grow, we're going to have to show you a little bit of resistance. We're going to have to put a little bit more weight up on that bar. Oh, you're going to have to be accountable, though You're going to have to really actually hit the reps when it's here. Don't just skate through it, Don't just do just enough to get by, because guess what? We move in circles. We move in circles. We're coming right back with the same lesson, with the same resistance. Oh, actually, we're going to put a little bit more weight on it, because this time you need to learn.

Speaker 1:

So now, when it's hard, when it's challenging, your job is to show up every mother day. Show up, show up, just show up. If I can show up, if I can show up every day, for what, no matter life may look like and I can hold my mind in the space that I need to hold it, and even though life is caving in on them from the outside, I keep the barrier. I keep my mind strong. Life's saying yes, hold it, my child, hold it, just keep holding it. Keep that positive mindset that you have, trust that you're going to get there, but hold it right now. Right now, we just putting weight on you right now. Eventually, eventually, because of this thing that we call the law of rhythm, the pendulum's got to swing to the other side. So I'm teaching my kids this right now. I'm teaching my kids this right now, right, I'm teaching them. When things are hard, all right. I'm teaching them when things are hard, when there's resistance. It's just trying to help you to grow. Do not cave, do not fall backwards. Worst case, hold your ground. Hold your ground, and I know it's going to be hard and it's going to be challenging, but it's going to be worth it. When you get on the other side, it's going to be worth it.

Speaker 1:

You know how it is when you've been working out, you've been getting up at 4 30 in the morning these new year's resolution and you get tired because you ain't seeing any results. You've been working on this business for two years and you barely profitable and you feel like man. How am I doing? Just keep holding it and keep knowing that you're going to get there, because the spoils will go to the one who can continue, not the one who runs the fastest. It goes to the one who does not give up. When you keep going, the worst thing that's going to happen is you're going to develop the spiritual muscle through the resistance. And when you develop the spiritual muscle, guess what? You have a little bit more spiritual endurance. And when you have more spiritual endurance, you will have more spiritual velocity. And when I have more spiritual velocity, I can start to move through space and time just a little bit quicker. Right now, so, even though the pain is a little bit heavier, I know how to maneuver and push through it, because my spiritual muscles are more developed now than they were.

Speaker 1:

You know how it is when you get out there and you start working out. You start, you're jogging or you're working your way up to 10 miles, 15 miles. When you first start out it's a little harder, but as you keep going you start to get a little bit more accustomed to the pain. It's not that the pain went away, it's just you have a different relationship with it. We see this with ice baths. I know ice baths are the fad right now. The water doesn't get any less cold when you see somebody who can sit in the water for three minutes without huffing and puffing. They have developed a relationship to the pain that is just a little bit more conducive to them being in a calm and tranquil state. So this is just a microcosm for what goes on in life.

Speaker 1:

I'm here to tell you just keep pushing on In 2025, if it's hard, just keep moving. I'll be sitting here telling you right now. As someone who had to do this, I had a lot of moments in life that I probably should have given up, but I didn't give up, and I'm grateful that I didn't give up, because if I would have given up, I would not have been able to see what I was really made of. And each time you get to a new frequency, there's going to be a new level of hardship and the new level of hardship is going to show you the new level of increase that you have. And please understand that to do this thing called the law of polarity, however hard the hardship is, there's going to be equal prosperity. That's on the other side of it.

Speaker 1:

So if it's heavy and it's hard right now in life and you feel like it can't, it ain't stopping, please know that that thing has to swing back the other way and get ready for the blessings. Get ready for the miracles. Get ready for the parts of you that you didn't even know you could experience. Get ready for that. A lot of times we'll get stressed out and worried about it and get anxious about things. Get yourself prepared for what's coming. Make the table, get the bed ready, do whatever you need to do to prepare yourself for the blessings that are coming for you in 2025.

Speaker 1:

So this is why I told you in 2024, you better start acting like it, go ahead and act like it and then look at yourself and see if you really acted like it, if you want to be that version of you in 2026, be him in 2025. And then let life show you all the resistance and the distance in between you and there. And then you'll start to see here, six months, dang, I'm really him right now, and it ain't going to be a big deal that you're him now. It ain't going to be a big deal that you're her. It won't be a big deal that it's happened.

Speaker 1:

You know why? Because you were really only chasing the version of you that you had to become in order to do it, and we'll never chase the being. You'll never chase anything in the present moment. Y'all ain't trying to hear nothing. I'm saying you ain't never going to chase anything that's in the present moment. You will only chase something that is in the quote unquote future. But if I'm it in the present moment, there ain't nothing to chase. I'm only attracting now. Do you see how this works?

Speaker 1:

Now I'm going to break down here in a couple of weeks the law of attraction. I'm going to make it simple. I've got a formula here that I've trademarked that will help you with the law of attraction. But your job in between, now and then, just start being it and know that life is just trying to show you the distance in between you and the version of you who's going to create whatever it was that you were looking to manifest Between you and the version of you who's going to create whatever it was that you were looking to manifest. Chase the being. Be the being. Excuse me. Be the being, be the being. Go ahead and say it with me. Be the being, have clarity on that vision of who this being is and be the being. Be it, be it, be it. I start to think back on my life and how everything that I've ever accomplished or done, it was really because I just went into character and became that version.

Speaker 1:

Now I know you're probably asking yourself well, how do I know when it's time to let go instead of giving up? Sometimes, letting go is nothing more than pivoting. Sometimes letting go means I'm just I'm not giving up, I'm pivoting. Right now. I'm not giving up, I'm pivoting. I'm saying, instead of going right, I'm going to go left. Now. I'm not just going to go in the complete opposite direction and go, turn around and go backwards, you'll know. This is why it's so important for you to listen to your heart and know when it's time to pivot.

Speaker 1:

And here's the beauty of it If it's time to quote unquote give up. I don't know if there's anything any such thing as giving up. I don't think you ever actually give up. You evolve and move in a different direction, but that direction was an extension off of the direction that you were headed in. So we're never just giving up. We're not cutting the line and saying I ain't going down that road anymore. We're just making a slight left or maybe a right.

Speaker 1:

But here's what I'm telling you Do not fear letting go. Letting go is actually a natural evolution of life. You got to let go in order to grow. Don't think that as you're growing on this journey, you keep listening to these podcasts, you keep going on retreats, you keep coming on power hour and community calls. And don't think that as you grow, you're just going to keep everything the same. Things are going to change. You're going to change Because everything resonates at the frequency of your level of awareness.

Speaker 1:

So as you increase your awareness, guess what Things that aren't supposed to go? They have to. They got to let go. They got to go. Relationships, partnerships to go they have to. They got to let go. They got to go. Relationships, partnerships, certain houses, cars, your wardrobe, like things will change as you change. So that's why we got to be okay with letting go. Nothing was forever. We were never supposed to hold on to anything. I'm realizing this in my life right now. This is my biggest thing. I got to give myself permission to let go. Whatever that may look like, let it go.

Speaker 1:

Let go Because here's what I know about life as you let go, something is actually coming in to replace it. Good God, almighty, yelling, trying to hear nothing. I'm saying when you let go of one thing, something else has to come in, because this universe is constantly balancing itself out. So the moment that you let go of something that created an imbalance and the universe balances itself out by bringing something else in, do we see how this works? So don't be afraid of letting go, because that's actually a scarcity mindset. That's the opposite of abundance. I told you in 2025, we walk in an abundance. Do not be afraid to let go. Something else will come in, I promise you.

Speaker 1:

I had to release and let go of somebody in my company and I had to let them go, and they played a pivotal part in the company and the everyday operations of it and I had to let them go and they played a pivotal part in the company and the everyday operations of it, and I had to let them go. And I was like man. I was like, I was so worried about it. If I did it, what are we going to do? What are we going to do? How are we going to do this? What if we don't have it? What are we going to do? But then here's what ended up happening. Right the moment I swear to you on everything, the moment that I had we're done, sorry, moving a different direction.

Speaker 1:

It was at 2.27 PM Eastern Standard Time. The moment that I make that call, I hear my phone vibrate. My phone vibrated and then I look and see I have a text message. This text message came from a number that was not plugged into my phone and I didn't know who the number was. But the text message said hey, I hope you're doing well, I see that you're doing great things. I'm just letting you know that I'm no longer at my job that I was at and I'm looking for freelance work. If you know anybody who's looking for a videographer, or you're looking for somebody to do this, this and this, please let me know.

Speaker 1:

How is it that at the moment that I had let something go, literally at 2.27 pm Eastern Standard Time, at 2.27pm Eastern Standard Time, the universe came in and provided the support. It came in and provided the thing that I was letting go of, because this universe does not operate in scarcity. See, just because you can't see it doesn't mean that it's not there. Let me say this again Just because you can't see it doesn't mean that it's not there. Let me say this again Just because you can't see it doesn't mean that it's not there. Just because you are not walking in abundance does not mean that abundance does not exist. Just because you're walking in scarcity doesn't mean that scarcity is all around you. It is the divine nature of this universe, including you, to walk in abundance. So abundance is trusting that everything is going to work itself out. Please hear me when I say this Close your eyes.

Speaker 1:

If you're driving, pull over right now. Please know that it's always going to work out for you that you will get there. I promise you you will get there. I know sometimes it feels hard and sometimes it feels oh my gosh, this is just so tiring. I know sometimes you got to take a break, sometimes you got to get up off that treadmill just for a little bit, but get your butt back up on there. Just keep walking this marathon, because here's what you're going to start to realize.

Speaker 1:

You look back, life, your cup may not be running over right now. I know you're waiting for your blessings. You're waiting for like when is it going to pop? When is it going to happen? I've been doing this every day and it's still not. When, when, when. And your cup is not overflowing yet. I get it.

Speaker 1:

But sometimes an abundant mindset says my cup may not be overflowing right now, but my cup ain't never ran out. And that, my friends, is the difference between abundance and scarcity. When you look at not what you don't have, you look at what you have had. When you don't look at it and say Dang, life has beat me up, at least life ain't killed me yet. Dang, it's not working, at least I have another opportunity To try again, man, this relationship they left me, at least there's space for somebody else To come in. Do we see? It may not Be overflown, but that mother ain't ran out yet. And when you walk in, that that is the subtle energetic difference that could get you over the hump. That is the subtle mindset shift that could push you through.

Speaker 1:

This is what I did. I may not have anything but good. God almighty, I'm still here. This is what I told myself in 2019. I may not be where I want to be, but I'm still here. I'm still here. I fell off the horse, the horse bucked me off, life kicked me. I got dirt all over me, but you know what? I still can get back up on the horse. Do we see how this works? Do we see how this works? Don't you stop. Please hear me when I say this Don't you stop. You can take a break. You may have to pivot, but don't give up on yourself because, worst case, if you just keep going on, you're going to find out so much about yourself along this journey. That alone will make it worth it for you not giving up. You will be like I don't care if I ever get there For the version of me that I've realized. For the part of me, I see now that made it all worth it. Do you see how this works? Do not stop.

Speaker 1:

There's going to be times in 2025 that it's going to be challenging, it's going to be hard, it's going to be uncomfortable. It's going to stretch yourself. That, we know, comes with the game. You provide the challenge for yourself, though. You provide the challenge for yourself and say I'm going to go at this and see what I can get out of me. I'm going to go at this right now and see what I can get out of me. I'm going to go at this right now and see what I can get out of me. This is an abundant mindset. I'm going to figure out me along this journey, through this situation, through this broken relationship, through these wounds I'm healing. I'm going to figure out me through this.

Speaker 1:

This is why I became an entrepreneur. I didn't know that entrepreneurship was nothing more than self-development in the form of a business. I had no idea. So, all my entrepreneurs out there, you already know what I'm talking about. But when you get on this journey of self-development, you can't not become an entrepreneur. This is what I call a 5D entrepreneurship. When you start really working on yourself, you ain't going to go work for nobody else. You ain't. You're not, because you want to see what you can get out of yourself. I'm here to tell you you ain't got no limits. You got no limits. There's no limit to what you can do. There's no limit to what you can do. There is no limit to what you can do as long as there's no limit to who you can become. So go, figure out you. This is the most meaningful, most challenging, most rewarding thing that you can do in this existence is to figure out you. This is the most meaningful, most challenging, most rewarding thing that you can do in this existence is to figure out you. Bring awareness to who you are, heal those wounds, create shifts in your mindset, become non-negotiable with your self-development.

Speaker 1:

Say I'm going to do this every day, every day. I don't care how hard it is. I set my alarm for 4.44 every single morning am. 4.44 am and I get my butt up. You may see it on my story. I get up and go to the gym. I don't need to go to the gym. I got enough stuff at my house. I can do it at my house, but it's harder for me to go to the gym. It takes more discipline for me to go to the gym.

Speaker 1:

Me in 2026. I'm in June, right now, of 2025. I know it's January, but I'm in June. I got six more months to become the version of me. So hopefully, by the time June hits in 2025, I'm already him in 2026, but I have to be him right now.

Speaker 1:

So go be it. Go be it. Challenge yourself, do what's hard. It's easy to say, oh, I want to go on a retreat, oh, it costs too much. Or I want to sign up for this, oh, it costs too much. The challenging thing for you to do I'm going to put a little bit of money away each month and I'm going to save this up. I'm going to teach myself discipline. I'm going to do this. You see how this works. I'm telling you, if you're disciplined, you're committed to yourself, you'll always get a return. You will always.

Speaker 1:

I'm trying to see everybody in 2025 win. I want everybody if you're listening to this right now, please hear me when I say this, I'm literally talking into the microphone to you I want to see you win in 2025. But in order to win, you got to make a commitment to yourself and then that has to be a non-negotiable that you're going to show up every single day, every day, every day. Even in days when you don't feel like showing up and you're tired and you're sore and it hurts, you're still going to do something to move yourself closer to the version of you to reduce that distance for you in 2026. Please know that I'm right here behind you, encouraging you, saying you keep going, don't you stop.

Speaker 1:

You're going to get tired, though You're going to get tired, encouraging you, saying you keep going, don't you stop. You won't get tired, though you will get tired. I promise you will get tired. It's going to become mundane. It's going to feel like it's not working.

Speaker 1:

But remember, all you were trying to do is see what you could get out of yourself anyway. Don't let these worldly, physical things confuse you and make you think that that's what you were chasing. You're really just trying to see who you could become. Now you make that your primary focus. You won't give a how hard it is. You won't care. You won't say I'm going to just keep moving forward, because I know I'm going to create a version of myself that this world hasn't seen yet, and not that I'm trying to please the world. It's just I'm creating a new butterfly that's never been seen, and then life will eventually start to mirror it, and then this is when you get the reflection. This is when the physical world starts to play catch up.

Speaker 1:

But you won't care when it's playing catch up. You won't care when the dollars are rolling in, you won't care when the opportunities come, you'll be thankful for the blessings that are come. You'll be grateful for the synchronicities and the blood and the miracles that you're seeing. But you won't. You won't care anymore. You know why Because you had already been him, you had already been her. It ain't no big deal for the butterfly Once it becomes the butterfly Because it had been the butterfly, it had gone through the, the crystallus, it had gone through the confinement of the womb. It won't matter.

Speaker 1:

Once you get there, it'll be time for you to create a new version of yourself. So enjoy the journey, enjoy the marathon. Move in the energy of abundance. Stop looking at what you don't have and look at what you do have. Look at what you do have. Make that your intention every day. That takes work. That takes commitment.

Speaker 1:

This world is programmed to look at what you don't have. You don't have enough money. You don't have a big enough house. You don't have a fast enough car. You don't have enough love. You never have enough time. You'll never have enough retirement. Your kids aren't good enough. This world is programmed for you to see all of the lack. I'm telling you, you have to go upstream in this physical reality in order to see everything that you do have. I don't give a fuck what your life look like. You already got everything that you need. Do you hear what I'm saying? Do you hear me? Right now? I don't want to sound like I'm talking down to you, but sometimes daddy, daddy, dg got to come into play. You already got everything that you need.

Speaker 1:

Along this journey, stop looking at what you don't have. Make that same commitment, because it takes the same amount of work To look at what you don't have. Start using your energy to look at what you do have. Stop looking at the illness. Stop looking at what you don't have and how your bodies. Start looking at what you do. Have you got enough awareness to realize that you have something going on with your body? Do you see? This is just a shift, but it takes you being intentional and being committed. So in 2025, here's my challenge to you you start to become aware. Become aware of when you are moving in scarcity. Snap your little narrow butt up out of it and move into abundance, because that is actually what you are. You are abundant, my friend, you have everything that is needed. Now go, continue on your journey, and I wish you nothing but the best on the pathway to your results. Thanks,
